I am a bit biased, since I live down the street, but this is one of my favourite beer stores - a very neighbourhood-type place. The owners Annie and Sylfranc are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a good selection of all the best Quebec beers. It’s very easy to walk out with a good selection of a bit of everything, as they offer discounts on 6, 12 and 24 bottles (mixed selection is fine), with an extra discount on 6+ bottles during the week when the Canadiens are playing ;-)
Also, there are usually free beer and cheese samples on Saturday afternoons .
This place is small but still manages a very decent selection of Quebec micros. They have loads of Dunham, Charlevoix, LTM, DDC, Simple Malt, A la fut, Brasseurs du Temp as well as many others. When I asked, they even pulled a Trou du Diable Imperatrice from the back. Very friendly. Has some cheese and other picnic supplies as well. Cool little place.
A surprisingly good spot for bottle hunting in Montreal. Short but great selection of quality brews and seasonals, including some sold-out everywhere else. Also has a decent selection of more rare and barrel-aged bombers. Staff was quite passionate and knowledgeable which is always a plus. Highly recommended for visiting beergeeks.
Nice little shop in a bustling strip of stores and people. Little rustic shop with various local packaged Quebec goodies for munching and a decent and well laid out beer selection. The person working the counter was helpful and knowledgable. He steered me to a couple nice bottles I would have overlooked and the prices were pretty on par with other spots I’ve visited in the area.
This is definately a "boutique" Beer store in a very strange location on tacky St-Hubert, where you can get a cheap second-hand wedding dress, latex boots with matching whip and knockoff fashions. But it’s only a block away from Baubien metro, not much of a detour if you’re going to Vices & Versa.
It’s a small store, so selection is limited, but you only find the cream of the crop here, and is likely to have the limited release Beers hidden in the backstore, so don’t hesitate to ask. They seem to have a strict no hoarding policy on these, good for them. Service was friendly and the guy knew his stuff. Cheeses and other interesting pairings were available. This may become my favorite local store.

Small store that’s not too far from Isle de Garde. Nice wooden interior...seems much nicer than your typical liquor store. Lots of Quebec beers (as well as some non-beer items like cheese).
Pretty nice selection of stuff like Charlevoix, LTM, of course Dieu du Ciel, some Hopfenstark, Dunham, etc. Not as big as I’m sure other stores are, but you can definitely find some winners here, particularly if you’re from out of the area like myself. Definitely recommend this place.
A bright little shop with a great selection of beers and glassware. most of the beer was in fridges and well organized. Lots of craft food products as well. good service, and a nice, clean store. Worth a visit!
