Situated on the ground floor in a 6-7 floor tall old neoclassic building in the northern part of Old Town n jewish quarters. Expensive. Belgian beers. Belgian French inspired menu.

Restaurant short walk from the center. Decent selection of Belgian beers. Service is efficient and quick. Didn't try food. Orval is expensive... 6+ euros. Overall: probably the best place to get Belgian beers in Prague, but prices are high...

Okies, middle of Prague, near the Jewish town and here is a classic belgian restuarant. Not that inpressive beers wise, about 6-8 taps with some of the more common brands, some bottles aswell. Kindof slow service and i dont think they are to use to people coming in and just want to have a drink. Rather expensive, and only worth seeking out if your in the mood for some classic belgium beer.

A nice break from all the Czech beers, and a nice looking place. But not really a place to go for those of us into beer, it’s a bit too up-marked and about the food.

While I liked the restaurant, the beer and the food, I did not appreciate getting ripped off for a $10 charge for some pieces of bread. It ruined my whole experience and I will never return and will advise everyone I encounter to never go there less they’ll be ripped off as well.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, serving great steaks, tasty tiger prawns and wonderful moules frittes. Stopped going after the quality of the food dropped dramatically in my opinion. I think they changed head chef and manager, maybe that explaines my dissapointment with the place. Will try again soon as I love the ambience of the place. Hopefully the kitchen is back on track. Beer selection is soso, Stella Artois and Staropramen, not my favorites.

A belgian cafe in Prague - just north of midttown, in the jewish part of town. Decent selection of the most ordinary belgian beers, we had LaTrappe Tripel & Westmalle Dubbel - and it’s not cheap. The sirvice was a bit slow. We didn’t have any food, but other guests had, and it looked fine !!

a great place in praha to find belgian beers. but it comes a at price. beer is very expensive but czech standards but a little cheaper than american standards. i had a duvel which was 90Kc, just under 4 bucks and a hoegaarden forbiden fruit, the only place i have ever seen this. it is a little jewel in the old town of praha.

A Belgobar found in the jewish parts of town. Sat down to have a Hoegaarden on a hot summer day, but the selection of belgian beers was ok. I was surprised to see how many waitors this place had. There were more waitors than guests on this afternoon...

Visited with my wife, Easter 2005, for lunch. Near the Jewish Museum / synagogues. A bit upmarket by Czech standards. Decent food (can’t remember now what we had, but it wasn’t the mussels). The waiter was friendly but not very attentive, seemed more concerned with the food than the beer. We had a Kasteel Bier Bruin 11%, served too cold but was excellent when it warmed up a little. Selection of 25 Belgian beers and a few Czech ones is quite good for Prague. And if you want to sample some Czech and Austrian wines, they have a few of those too.
