Open late, and during the French Summer HOLIDAYS while others don't. But selection on tap is small and so does the bottle list. That’s the only major negative, beside the fact that some of the staff tends to talk to me like I’m a complete idiot.
Tiny bar with nice vibes, hard rock/stoner music, and vibrant atmosphere. Poor selection concerning the variety of beer styles and a bit pricy. A bit noisy and dirty, but if you like the underground loud rock scene, the ambiance it’s nice.
Arrived at 5 PM on a Saturday, which is their official opening time, but the bar was closed. After this bad start and going to the main street for a cup of coffee, we came back and they had just opened. The place is small and dark with some of the most depressing music playing that I had ever heard. Some mre people shoed up and the place livened up a bit. Had two okay French beers on tap and had a free sample of a third, before buying a bottle to go. The bottle list is actually pretty good with reasonable prices, especially for lambics, and they allow you to buy them and take them out. After a pretty sahky start, the experience turned out okay.
Came here on 22.8.2016. Very small and charismatic beer bistro full of locals. When I visited they had 8 beers on tap, 6 from France, 1 from Switzerland and 1 from the UK. Should be one of the better French craft beer menus you can find in Paris. Started with the Paris brewed Session IPA: God Bless America from Goutte D’Or which was excellent, followed by a mediocre Rye Ale brewed by Vallee du Giffre and settled up with an IPA from Grand Cru, which was absolutely ok. The brewer of Goutte D’Or was actually in the bistro. Music was also quite good (French Punk/Metal). Did not have food, but the bread with Cheese, Sausage and Dip looked delicious. Really a nice beer experience, absolutely recommendable!
Tiny bar in the backstreet but not too far from metro station so it is not too difficult to find. Kind of small corner pub where everybody knows everyone. Tap selection was all French micros except one Kernel beer! It makes this must visit while in Paris. Bars serving many French micros are few. Service was friendly, in Paris standards prices were not too high.
