Have ordered twice. Great packing but very slow to process & ship orders. if you order online you better followup with a phone call. With that said, they are very nice friendly people and will work hard to make you happy!
Re-rate-9/19/06-have ordered several times now. They have really gotten qucik and efficient. And Matt is A+ #1 in customer service. Great store!
Online order review- placed order took 2 weeks to arrive, but from reading other reviews here, that seems to be the norm. Couldn’t reach anyone over the phone number listed here, but e-mails were answered the same day. Great selection- has alot of brews that aren’t available in my neck of the woods. Pricing for shipping seems to be slightly askew, but if you add in packaging, it probably comes out in the wash. I’ll be ordering again sometime down the line...
Ordered from them several times in the past. Great selection of stuff that I can’t get on the east coast. Shipping is a bit expensive, but worth it to get the beer that you want. Went in on a rather large order with a few friends and it worked out really well. I don’t know why people complain about the communication. I had an issue with my credit card, e-mailed them, and within two days received an e-mail back with a phone number to get it taken care of. Never had a problem with broken bottles. Shipped quickly and carefully. Highly recommended.
Liquid Solutions has the widest selection of beer on the Internet that I have found & if anyone finds better let me know. Their only drawback is the shipping prices. A box of 3 bombers cost $15.00 for shipping and it takes 2 to 2 1/2 weeks to get it if you select the cheapest option. On other websites I have ordered from, I got a box of 6 bombers for $15.00 shipping and got the order in 3 or 4 days from the date of the order. Now Liq. Sol. does let you know it is gonna take 2 weeks so you know what your getting into.
Terrible customer service. No response to e-mail. 1/2 of my $500+ order included bottles that had ’best by’ dates of months prior to the order. Took longer than claimed to ship. At least they ship to my state. I would use them again, but knowing what I am getting into.
This place has the worst costumer service on the planet! They do not respond to emails and you cannot leave a message on the voicemail. I placed an order and got no invoice plus the tracking thing does not work on his website. The money was taken out of my account but I have no idea if the package is even coming. the selection is ok but with no service I would highly recommend ordering beer elsewhere! Worst experience ever!
Have order online from them quite a few times... Pretty good selection and has the rare stuff on occasion, but gets negative points for long shipping time, takes around 2 weeks at least for an order to be packaged up and shipped, shipping rates are also pretty high but i had never had a problem with bottle breaks... also slow on emails sometimes... but they do a good job if you aren’t in a rush...
