Very solid set of selections with a focus on what might be interesting to beer geeks new and experienced. Lots of places now with good beer and fewer with interesting stuff. This is good for a few rounds.

Nice little beer bar. The íbiance is great, a very cozy pubbish feel. Lots of bar and table seating. I came here on a business trip creepily sitting off in the corner by myself ticking beers on my phone, and felt reasonably welcome. The bartenders were helpful even though I was giving that "Iím a creep, Iím a weirdo. What the hell am I doing here? I donít belong here" kind of vibe. Food is pretty good, had the burger and was happy with it. Value is average for the area. Would tick here again.

This is a fascinating, late night Cambridge beer bar with a "first come first serve" seating and fitting arrangement at their bar and parking lot. Unbelievably dim. I felt like everything was being illuminated by candlelight while waking through a scary dungeonous cave. The tap list really has been incredible. I donít like their house beers, but their food and their beer selection are solid.

Visited on a friday afternoon. Sort of off the beaten path and by itself as far as beer places go. Inside is charming and old timy. Lots of wood fixtures. Fancy bar area. Good draft land bottle list. The only way to do a flight is with their own 4 beers, which are good, but are all pale ales. Half pours are available for everything else, though. Bottle prices are a bit ridiculous. If you stick to half pours, it isnt bad, though. I would happily come back here.

Visited May 2016. Excellent tap list, good music, and great service. Didnít try the food, but it looked very good. Wanted to go back a second time, but didnít get the chance.

Visited Friday evening. Crowded place and much smaller than I thought, in a residential area. Kind of the pub at the corner. Impressive tap list, really nice food. Worth the little walk from the subway.

We visited Lord Hobo on a Sunday afternoon to sample beers and meet up with the infamous ClakVV. The reputation of this place (& Clark) preceded itself. The bar is located in more of a neighbourhood location and was actually quite a bit smaller than I was expecting. We sat at the bar and immediately were presented with a tap menu of impressive scale. They have plenty of variety and obscurity on offer. We went through a few barrel-aged Stone beers (the beer themselves were a touch underwhelming) and some tasty Kent Falls. Although I did not partake, the bottle list also looked pretty solid. Service was friendly but it took a while to get served, even though it was quite quiet during our visit. I wish I had more time to spend here, but alas the Boston leg of our trip was a short one. One of the best beer venues in Boston.

Definitely the best place I visited in Boston. Neighbourhood vibe, and good, friendly service (hard to come by in this town it seems). Lots of good beers on tap, and their house beers were pretty good too. Cool vibe, and they were playing reggae all night so that was nice.

Took us about 15 minutes by foot from Meadhall. Looks bit fishy form outside. Pretty dark inside and quite crowded. Great tap list, lots of interesting stuff. Food and service were very good. Iíd consider it a must visit while in Boston.

Much nicer place than it would appear from outside. Beer selection is diverse but mostly from the North East. One of the best beer bars in Boston.
