Slightly long walk from Termini, and a bit unsettling at night. Great place, though. Dive bar feel, lots of young people hanging out. Great selection of beers, mostly Italian craft, with very enthusiastic and friendly guys behind the bar. Good happy hour deals.
Nice cozy bar a short walk away from the Termini railway station. We visited a late sunday afternoon and there was just few more geust then. About 15 taps, mostly Italians, Brewfist, Del Borgo, Lariano, but also a Belgian, 2 Danish (Beerhere, To Øl), and a American. Tasters offered before ordering. Good quality of beers, good service and happy "hour" prices at 3,50 € a pour until 21.00. Solid bottle colection aswell, Belgians, US, Danish etc. Nice place that i like to revisit at some point.
Bar about midway between Bologna & Termini station. I came for their Christmas beer tap event... But was 2 days early! Oh well the Tuesday all night 3.50 euro beers was a fine consolation prize. 2 hand pumps and 14 taps of mostly Italian stuff with the odd foreign beer thrown in - tons of Birrone stuff. Friendly staff, cool place packed with the young & old. Good times worth checking out. I really liked this place, definitely a beer geek type bar open to educating people about good beer - possibly best bar in the Termini area?
Not too far from Termini station, maybe 10 minutes walk, in the quite peaceful region. I liked this place and its ambiance. I visited there just after opening time. Bartender was friendly, all 12 taps were good quality craft beers (3 of them Thornbridge). With beer refridgerator you had self service: easy to select as you could see alll the bottles and prices were clearly marked. Lots of rare Italian micros on bottles. Certainly a place to revisit while in Rome.
Made a very very quick stop before we had to leave at the Termini station. Prices were very cheap (3.5 euro for a beer from draught). Selection (draught and bottle) was very decent. Too bad I lacked a bit of time to visit, but for sure worth a detour.
Visited Friday 20 of March .. Came here after the franken fest so we were already pretty drunk ... Not impressed from the furnitures and the fridges that give to the place a bit cold feeling .. Very good the selection on tap not huge but well chosen and the staff is very friendly and competent .. The food that we had was good so a good place at the end of the day ..
Close to the university and Termini, although on the "wrong" side from most of the tourist attractions. Calm when we went there. Good selection of mostly Italian micro on tap. Good enough service. Prices are low, which can be expected from something that is basically a university pub.
Nice tap selection of mostly local beers, many bottles and also take away bottles. Food is minimal (cheese and cold meat plates and some snacks). Staff is very nice and helpful and also the place looks fine. The only problem is that it was almost empty on a Monday evening... lots of potential, I hope it will survive.
Cracking beer venue in a somewhat off the beaten track area of central Rome, close to Termini station but away from tourist areas. Great selection on tap, about two thirds Italian, and a good number of bottles. Service was very good with staff interested in both serving you and finding out if you liked what you bought. Great vibe to place with eclectic mix of customers. Their offer of just €5 for a beer and a plate of meat/bread/cheese was cracking value. The sort of place I wished I lived near to and my favourite venue on visits to Rome in 2016 and 2017.
