The Marble Arch is wonderful. The retro interior is very tasteful, especially in combination with the 1920s jazz music that was playing. The beer selection from Marble is quality and the guest beers and bottles were good as well. Highly recommended!
A really great pub, worth a visit for the architecture alone, even though it was busy it felt cosy. The beers were excellent. Getting more and more impressed by Marble beers. I’d definately come here again. Update 28/6/14 Went in for food, quite a high standard, but pricey, would eat here again
What a wonderful Place this is, Its always great to find a place that brews there own beer, but when the beer is as good as Marble is, all the better. But this pub is so much more than just a brewery tap. Its a stunning building, great selection, of Marble and other beers, great service and all round great place
2013 visit. Service was above and beyond. Just treated really well. serive up to 10 from 8
Have visited this brewpub, several times. And it is a must-visit place whenever I am in Manchester. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and beers are almost always in good condition. Most beers are off course Marble, but they have a few guests as well. They also have a bottle selection of their special ones. Lovely deco, I can sit and enjoy it for several ½ pints :-).. There is an smaller room in the back as well as a small beer garden. The food is traditionel pub food, with a twist - lovely..
Being such a lovely place, it´s almost always very busy, but be patient, wait and enjoy :-)
as my brother would probably say "a lovely place" .. lots of their beer available, a dozen or more (all but one on cask) .. bottles for go sale also .. nice decor .. back patio and back room for overflow .. decent prices .. cab ride was a fiver so close enough to my central based hotel.. Most definitely recommended!

The Marble Arch may have one of the most brilliant pub interiors I’ve ever seen. The tiling in the front room has been wonderfully restored to it’s original splendor, the bar is very pretty too. On my visit, the selection of Marble beers on offer wasn’t particularly strong. They had 4 on cask plus another on keg. I understand they often have more of their own stuff available. Guest beers included stuff from De Molen. The bottle list was decent. The food is very tasty, and of good value. Overall, this place is worth checking out. Not only do Marble make solid beers, but the restoration work of the pub itself is worth a look too.
A wonderful brewery tap set in a lovely old building with a sloping floor that could catch you out. Around 8 to 10 of the brewery’s beers on cask at one time with others available in bottle. The food menu looked extensive though we didn’t eat on this occasion. There was a great atmosphere and although busy towards the end of the afternoon, it was very relaxed.
Time warp pub with a brilliant Victorian tiled decor seemingly unchanged since it opened. This is Marble brewery’s flagship bar which is slightly out from the city centre (but still walkable) so random trade which exemplifies the city centre is low here, nevertheless it can get full at peak times. Excellent for a relaxing drink.
