Had a great time! This is by far the best experience at a restaurant ever, let alone a Brewpub. Not your everyday brewpub serving up the best meats and seafoods paired with some AMAZING brews. Across the board the beers, the food, the service were killer, all this and affordable too!!! A must visit in Maui.
Don’t be fooled by its stripmall location, this place knows how to brew beer & serve food. Service was excellent, surpassed only by my steak dinner. Beer was on par with some of the best brew pubs in California. Local musicians set up the relaxed environment, don’t miss it.
Maui beer is pretty damn good and the food was awesome. Great service and at an inexpensive price for paradise.

I visited this pub in the spring of 2004. It was my favorite watering hole on the whole trip. The food was very good. The beer was good. They had lagers, Belgians, and all sorts of Ales(even an Imperial Stout that they were aging and I could not talk them into tapping). A must stop if in Maui.
Ambiance isn’t bad. Decent layout. View of the Pacific out of the back. Service was prompt, responsive, and down to earth. Nice selection of a number of Maui Brewing beers you won’t find elsewhere. Several pub food choices for good prices. I dig this place quite a bit.

Was lucky enough to be within a five minute walk of the brewpub while we stayed here for the new year. Besides their three main beers they had around 10 or so seasonal offerings on. I tried as many as I could but there is only so much time one can spend away from the beach. I didn’t have any beer that I thought was bad, or even below average, actually. The mild was great, so was the Pale Ale. The food was a bit pricey, but very tasty and most seemed to be somehow cooked with beer. The place itself is sort of boring. It’s very wide open with very little character, but has a long bar to pull a stool up to. The staff was very friendly and made me feel like I’d been coming there for years. If you go you must try the homemade root beer. It’s absolutely fantastic. They also sell growlers which made drinking by the hotel pool much more enjoyable. I really enjoyed the time I spent here and will make sure to come back if I’m ever so lucky to find myself in Maui again.
Dinner and beers with the family on a Sunday night. The space is big and open, pretty loud and boisterous. It’s a well designed room, though you would have no indication that you are in Maui (hardly any windows). The service we had was knowledgeable and attentive. I was impressed by the size and range of the beer list, they had 13 Maui beers on + 4 guest taps. Overall, well worth the visit when in Maui. NOTE ABOUT LOCATION: I was initially a tad confused with the Lahaina address - the brewpub is not located in Lahaina town, rather in the Kapuala area, approximately 5 miles north of Kannapali.
82 = ★★★½ (Solid place, near the top of the list for locals and visitors)
I only use the total score, not the component parts.
This is a surprisingly good place for a casual dinner and some craft beers, considering you are on Maui and there isn’t much else like it on the island. They have a nice selection of beers, as well as a cool ice bar to keep your drink cool. Food is above average.
