Don’t come here for the beer. Of the four taps, all four were core beers from the brewery literally a block away. The food looks amazing though. Lots of greek and other regional dishes, and attached grocery store with lots of specialties. Cafeteria vibe, customer service passable.

Gt, you ticker. They serve Carolina brewery Copperline Amber and the "kolsch" which are available a bit fresher (maybe) just down the street at the pub. But the real draw here is the food. The best "fast food" in downtown chapel hill hands down.

"Med Del" is probably the best value in Chapel Hill for food. No waiters, no tips required, order ultra fresh Greek, Lebanese, Arabic food that is freshly prepared. Free olive and pickled veggies bar. Now they serve Carolina Brewery’s beers on tap, the brewpub next door. But instead of having to eat the food at Carolina Brewery, you can eat here and have the highest quality lunch and dinner in the area by value. Everything is amazing, the menu extensive, but I usually just go vegetarian sampler from the deli. A must try in the pomegranate muhammara, an amazing savory and sour hummus like dip. Had to add this to the database so that if you are in CH, you can get beer at wonderful places like Sandwhich and Med Del across the street rather than wasting your time at Carolina Brewery or Top of the Hill. This is a local hangout, and one of the most popular in CH. Parking is on Rosemary St behind the restaurant. Walk up the brick sidewalk to get to Med Del or Sandwhich.
