Arrived during open hours posted on web site, about noon. "We’re not opening til 5 today". I stated we had just driven over 80 miles to have beer there. "We’re not opening til 5 today."
Like what does it take to sell a beer? or two.
Smart move would have been to offer a free sample, if the register wasn’t up. Or just take some cash. But ...

Well, they have now apologized, which is a nice thing to do:
"I just read about your experience here today and I was so disappointed to hear about it. We were doing a little work in the space and had to close for a few hours this afternoon to due so. I’m so sorry we didn’t post anything online; the majority of our guests are local regulars so we are usually able to pass news along via word of mouth. I’m flattered that you came so far to see us and I will defiantly start posting information online as it seems that our customer base is expanding. I’m not sure who you spoke with today, likely a construction person or possibly a brewer, but whoever it was I’m sorry that they did not make you feel more welcome. The next time you find yourself in the area, I’d love to try to make it up to you with a round of beers for you and some friends. I hope that you will take me up on the offer sometime soon.
