This was a fun place in Sioux Falls. We sat at the bar. There are many taps, mostly guest taps, but they also offer about 5 taps from their affiliate brewery, Gandy Dancer. They have many local/regional offerings as well, such as Crow Peak, Tallgrass, and Brickway. I had one of their pizza specials and it was really delicious. A great place to get my South Dakota brewpub tick!
This place is huge, large front bar, big back bar with shuffleboard in between, and I’m told there are tables and a beer garden outside. Beers at the front bar are different than those at the back bar. Beer menus in both places are electronic, so I wonder why they are unable to post them online? Five or so Gandy Dancer beers, sadly not available as flights or small pours, inexcusable for a modern brewpub. They have competition now, as other brewpubs start to open, so hopefully they will step up their game.
Been here twice - the first time the beer tender broke the top off a Faro bottle and tried to still serve it to me. The second time I was denied entry because I had my 1 year old son with me at 2pm on a Saturday after some shopping. The employee was extremely rude and acted very unprofessionally. I do not recommend this place solely due to the service issues.
A college type lounge bar without the students. Service can be challenging with so little staff. Great selection if you like Belgian styles. They have a few of their own on tap as well. Prices are good, but no tasting flight. Good place, great for the area.
Really great spot. Awesome atmosphere. Tons of taps and bottles. Decent house brews. No flights - absolute crap for a tap house. A bit of arrogance about that from the server. Free off street parking. Taps a bit pricey - $5.50 to $7.50 per pour.
What a hidden gem. My wife found this place while surfing for beer near our hotel in Sioux Falls. Glad she did. Selection is amazing. Staff is all about the beer. A must stop if driving through South Dakota.
