Visited on 26th May 2017. 2 roomed bar on a busy main road in central Budapest. It’s quite open plan, at the bar the seating is a pair of swings that is pretty different and a little odd. Seems to act as the brewery tap as Monyo but does have a couple of guests on and a few bottles in the fridge, service and prices were good. Definitely worth a stop, didn’t see much of their beer elsewhere in the city.
6 taps of Monyo brewing’s own beers. Pale ale, IPA, porter, hefeweizen, lager, and oyster stout most recently. Quite a few bottles available as well. Prices are fair, but all things considered totally legit. Conveniently located near Kalvin ter. Tv was showing Champions League which was cool for me. Staff was good. In the winter the patio is covered which is kinda lame, but in the summer I really enjoyed that.
Sorry, guys, but I don’t really like this place. So simple, boring, not too much guests, near to a busy road. Just to say some positive things, sometimes we can find here good Hungarian craft beers on tap that is not available everywhere in the city. And sometimes the service is good enough. :)
