Small one-room place with 30 beers on tap, mediocre selection, very few food items, large number of bottles, a couple of TV screens, two tilt tables, and an enthusiastic barman. Good for visiting once in a while.
Nice bar with some dozen of taps. Mainly IPAs from well known breweries, some locals and other international brews. The place was quiet when we were there, attention was very good and the food we had was tasty and in good amounts. Is more like a normal bar with some nice brews for beer lovers.
Neighborhood pub with quite a good selection of beers on tap. They do have couple of well known classics (Brooklyn Lager, Hoegaarden) and macros (Stella) beers on tap but most of the 32 taps were craft beers interesting to me. Good portion of them NY brews. When it comes to ambiance and atmosphere itís a nice decent place, but nothing more. Was well worth visiting to me.
Nice corner bar spot with decent draft selection. Iíve only been here a handful of times in the past few years, but each time theres always something decent on draft. Last time, they had some local stuff and I think we settled for some rounds of Other Half - which were great.
This is a good spot in the neighbourhood. Thereís a decent tap selection with a good focus on breweries from NY and close by states which definitely suits visitors looking for new beers. I stopped by a couple of times and service was excellent. Really liked this bar. The food ainít bad either. Check it out.
As others have mentioned, very much a "neighborhood pub" type place, but with a pretty good draft list, with a mix of newer locals and other regional offerings. Not usually anything incredibly out of the ordinary, but even as a local ticker I can almost always be sure to find a handful of new things to try. Not a "destination place" but certainly worth a visit if youíre bar hopping in the area.
I guess I can call this a neighbourhood bar. Seems to attract a non-craft crowd given the presence of big screens and NFL but the beer list suggests otherwise. Must be close to 30 taps and on my visit there was a Barrier and Singlecut tap takeover. Efficient service (nothing more) and food was fairly priced (I opted for the pulled pork burger). Much more a genuine pub that many US bars. One of the few NY places that seemed kid friendly.
