Nice selection of beers, all of which are available in 3 oz pours for sampling. Food is ok; nothing to write home about. Same with ambience. Service a bit slow on a day when they weren’t particularly busy.
This is my third time visiting this Brewpub (that alone says something). They have a great layout with two room and a second level overlooking the bar. They also have outside seating in both the front and back. They even had live music when I was here on a weekend. They offer an impressive selection of their own beers, and four varieties on cask! I also appreciate the veggie options on the menu. If you are in the area this is a must stop by!
Great selection of beers, you can have the sampler of 6. They have special beers on draft that you can’t get in bottles, and had 4 cask beers yesterday. The special beers and cask beers were just outstanding. I always thought New Hollands beers were good not great, until this visit. They have really upped their game. They had a couple very good lagers, a rarity in brewpubs or US microbrewers, some great English style ales, a great farmhouse ale, and a barrel aged brown Belgian ale. The food was very good and the bar staff and patrons were nice. Drove out to the beach to watch the sunset over Lake Michigan then had a couple more rounds, and that is pretty cool. All in all a great place.
Nice place. Numbers of great NH beers on tap. Food was really good and service was good also. Limited to their beers, and so if you don’t want that, don’t bother. But they have enough really good stuff to make it worth a visit.
Visited 06.22.2013 on Beer Trip 2013 stop #6. The Final Stop. Great ambiance. The place feel really put together well, although the more we sit there we realize it is aiming for a brand. It is trying to look the part of a brewery. The beer is good and we struggle to find something great or something bad. All the beers hit in the upper middle, no show stoppers, but also no show ruiners. Overall a good experience. On to the lake house to chill out and then back to reality.

Not the coolest spot, nor the most exciting selection, etc... but it certainly is more than satisfactory in all criteria. They did have past years of Blue Sunday, and of Dragon’s Milk (in bottles), which is hugely appreciable.
This is a very nice brewpub. I can’t speak as much to the food as we only had appetizers, but the beer more than made up for it. A nice selection, plenty of space (even on a Michigan, Mich. State game day) and a pleasant atmosphere.
