I must say I was not as impressed as many by this brewpub. They seem to have the tendency to overfilter a bit which leads to beers that have lots of pretention, but not always the rich and lively mouthfeel to go with it. the selection is tough to beat on the other hand, they had 14 when I was there inclusing a very wide variety of interesting styles. Apparently, the food is delicious as well, though I did not eat there. A bit expensive, even by KBV’s standards.

Very trendy place in the Norrebro area of Copenhagen. They had the North Bridge Extreme on tap, which is always nice. Rest of the beers is not of that quality though. Bit poshy and trendy, but sometimes that’s not bad. Some live music played. Food is way too expensive for what you get.
Impressive brewpub, with a minimalist / industrial feel interior design. Not many people when I was there but I would like to come back and see it during busy hours. The bartender was friendly and very informative about what was being served. 8 different draughts on. I liked the fact that you can get a 4 sample tasting for 55 kr. excellent experiences and a place that I will come back to. Especially like to try there food, as I hear good things about it.

Too many of the waiters know little about the beers. They make some really tasting beers, but sometimes some terrible ones as well. Food is very good. Atmosphere s too yuppie for me
After working there 3 years, I finally get around to rating this joint. Best brewrestaurant in CPH, no doubt; ambitious to the fingertips. Having the brewers working night and day really brings out some excellent beers and some nice mistakes too. The food has always been super and the work with the pairing of food and beer is unseen i DK. Heavy work is done trying to learn the staff about beer and food and iit is my opinion that it is only getting better. A busy place is hard to work as waitors and barpeople and to be able to keep a toung in the cheek, takes personality. Sadly, the waitors are mostly students, not allways aware of the impotance of their work. The decor is kept very cold and "scandivian" and lacks atmosphere, super graphic prophile all the way through.
A place where you can find cafe people, but it’s ok. Nice place and nice beers. Not only from Nørrebro, but also a lot others. Hasn’t tasted the food, but it should be very good ......and expensive. Would like to visit it again and try some of the great homebrews.
Nice modern place, good designs. Tasty fresh tapped beer. Samplers of 6 small glasses available. A place to visit again for sure.

Very nice and modern brewhouse a little way from the center of Copenhagen. Had the stout and some others, all were of very good quality... the bar guy also offered to sell me some grain and hops when I get my homebrew setup going here! There was a brew going on when I was there, so it was very nice to sit 5m away from the mash tun sipping a porter, watching the brew, and smelling the mash.
Also had a great selection of brewing books for reading.
Rerate, went at night.. different place really, full of wank and trend. We would have left straight away if the NB extreme was not on tap.

Lets get one thing straight at the outset. This is an essential visit when in Copenhagen. Some of the beers are truly excellent, some less so, but you can’t miss them when in town. And lets get another thing straight. The welcome and atmosphere when we had the RBESG gathering here was simply excellent. But as a place, I just don’t like it. Perhaps the restaurant section is different, although it is obviously upscale, but I’ve never been in that part. The downstairs bar, however, is simply not to my taste. "Stylish" modern decor, comfy sofas, deafening music played by a dodgy DJ and an incongruous little dance floor do not make for a congenial atmosphere for chatting and sampling the beers. Perhaps I ’ve just been at the wrong time. The service, whilst possibly clueless, has been entirely efficient when I’ve been there. I know what I want, I ask for it, they pour it without delays. A beer place that is manifestly not "all about the beer". Just not my scene at all.

A Nice bar and Restaurant, nice beer to. When I was there for the first time, I tryed North Brigde Extrem, that was amaising!
