Yet another excellent bar in CPH. Full of happy looking locals and located a short walk from Norreport. This place is full of nooks, crannies and interior features to catch the eye. Beer list is also fabulous, with loads of local choices. They also offer sport on TV, so I was able to watch Leicester’s 0-0 drawer with FCK, which was a bit of a non-event, but certainly had the locals on the edge of their seats. Another place you must visit.
Ambiance really depends...We were here at a saturday afternoon and there were loud soccer matches on every tv screen (and there’s a lot of them!). So that is probably a 5 to some, and a big fat zero to others. Around 20 taps of good beers from Denmark and abroad. Service is nice and very knowledgeable, prices are decent
Visited in May and August ’15.
Rectangular shaped bar down a couple of steps from the street level and slightly sunken in this respect. One large room and a small room to the side, in addition to this space there is a bench on street level outside. Random music and EPL football greeted us inside . Tap list is solid enough, mainly Danish micros plus a few US ticks thrown in. A couple of fridges behind the bar stock bottles and cans also. Service was expedient. Overall a worthy stop on a crawl of CPH and you will likely find a few ticks here that you won’t elsewhere.
Lots of Danish craft beers on draft and interesting bottle menu. Relaxing atmosphere and a weird but pleasant combo of Jazz music and Premier League Football. No problem at all having a conversation about beer, glance at football and enjoy some easy listening jazz. I’m for sure a beer geek, football and jazz are ok, but not important at all for me. Friendly service and definitely at pub I will return to.(Visited September 19th 2015 with Bjarte1)
