Piece is basically a big barn with beer. This barn is often very crowded and noisy, so, sorry, canít give high marks for ambiance. Service is also spotty. Itís clear that they are a volume business and have to leave some pleasantries at the door....which doesnít really bother me. I think the pizza is ok, but most of my pals love it. Either way, we both agree banana peppers are mandatory. Prices are very reasonable for food, and thereís a great take-out special for a pie and a growler. Piece brews and guest beers are excellent, and priced reasonable. Camel Toe is one of the best IIPAís youíll ever put in your guts. Great place to go with a large group, but if itís the weekend, expect to yell....and wait for a table.

Tasty pizza, great beers and friendly service. I could visit again. 8 of their own brews on tap plus 10 guest taps.

Only been here once. Its a buzzy Pizza place, probably the best ive ever had. Lots of beers, well brewed, samplers available. It is pricey overall. Decent service.

2/19/16 - Came late one Friday, very crowded but able to get a seat at the bar. This place was highly recommended for the pizza and beers, a recommendation not only spot on, but even exceeding my high expectations. The two beers I had, The Bowie Beer and the award winning The Weight Beer, were excellent, as good as their respective namesakes. The pizza was very good, in terms of taste, texture and crust. Not sure why I never made it here before, though I definitely want to hit this again, both for the beer and pizza.

East coast style pizza and beer destination. Taplist includes both their own beers (expect a weizen, at least one IPA, goldenarm, and one dark) as well as a few beers from other breweries (including some locals). Generally also a seasonal collaboration or specialty which is what we go there for. Easy to get to from Wicker Park Blue Line (Damen/North/Milwaukee) stop. Go early to avoid the crowds and a wait.

Huge pizzas, a couple of excellent beers, tons of TVs with college football on and a very nice space. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Value was very good. Pizza was outstanding. Probably only 8 beers on tap but a bunch of guest taps as well from local breweries. Cool place.

Pizza was great, but the beer seemed pretty pedestrian. I think folks around town got my expectations too high. Iíd be willing to come back and try it again though.

Very chill, relaxed, and inviting restaurant and brewery in Wicker Park - wide range on customers, from young hipsters to yuppies families and their kids - moderate-sized, U-shaped bar - chill set-up, with a laid-back neighborhood pub feel - not an extensive tap list (about 7 beers), but a decent mix of styles, with America, Belgium, England, and Germany represented - quality is hit or miss - okay prices for the area, and everything is available in a three ounce taster for one buck - some guest beers, but nothing rare or exciting - pizza of moderate quality for mostly fair prices - service was incredibly friendly and attentive - made me feel very at home and welcome - not exactly a beer nerd spot, which is perhaps why I like it - mostly a neighborhood brewery doing its thing and creating a homey environment - I really like it.
