Prostředí interiéru je více než příjemné, plně přináší dojem starší hospůdky v moderním kabátku. Personál je velmi vstřícný, mohu usednout ke stolu s rezervací, obsluha je také velmi příjemná a úsměvavá. Sklenice jsou hůře vymyté, pivo nekroužkuje, jinak je pivo dobře natočené, lehce nad míru. Chuť ani aroma není nikterak narušováno. Jedná se o velmi solidní výčep s výhledem na probíhající vaření piva.
3 of its own beers available and some Kasteel, not too expensive. Didn’t try the food but looked like tables nearby were being served massive chicken, so maybe next time.

Nice old bar / restuarant near Zla Casy. Nice, but small garden. Fairly crowded, most seating both inside and outside was taken at our visit around lunch. 8 taps, 3 housebeers, and 4 belgian, last one a soda. House beers where solid. Didnt eat, but from what what we saw, the food looked and smelled good. Good friendly service, but not a lot of english spoken. Cheap prices.
Very nice cozy place. Being here feels like being in an old tavern, where many stories have been told. The beer selection is mostly stuff from their own brewery, which is very enjoyable and worth trying out. No "modern" IPA stuff but some "traditional" czech beers. Recommendable!
Is this really one place - it looks like they’re completely separate venues to me. You want one of the gulashes in the restaurant, that’s for sure, with a huge hunk of fresh bread to mop it up. Beautful wood-bedecked hall, slightly olde-worlde. OK, a fresh Urquel never did any harm either, but for beer, go round the corner to the pivovar. Obliging staff let us prop up the serving area even though they were full. Not much English spoken, but enough to have our complements understood. 4 different styles on tap, each well done, all characterful. My first real taste of Czechia, and one of the most endearing - a great introduction, definitely worth popping in again if only for refreshment.

As many other people, we first landed in the Restaurant before we found the brewpub. The brewpub has a classic interieur and a few of their own beers as well as a few Belgians on tap. The beers are buttery, but good. If you’re already at Zlý Časy, it’s easy to do the 3 minutes walk and check this place out as well.
(Was in the "Pivovar", not "Restaurace") Quite small place. Average looking interior. Selection of 4 Bašta beers + some other Czech micro + some Belgian. Beer was ok. Nothing special, but also nothing bad.
By the blind luck we managed to visit both places. When we hopped off the tram and did bit of walking the restaurant was the first thing we noticed. Only to our disappointment we discovered that they serve only Urquelle. Dammit! But we were hungry so food was ordered. My chicken? heart gulash was one of the best I’ve ever had (and I like gulash). Urquelle wasn’t bad either. So no real damage here. When we left we saw "the other" Basta. Went in and it was fully booked. Well we didn’t care and asked the owner (I think) can we just stand here next to the bar and drink their beers. No objections. So we did. Every single beer was fresh and tasty. Their polotmavy I can tell was one of the best ever! Will come back here for sure!
A very local place that you might as well give a miss unless there is no place in Zly Casy.But if you fell you must...The two beers /svetle, tmave/ were not bad , just like most of what you will get in other non commercial places in Prague - not really interesting.The food was poor /rabbit with awful spinach mash , served 1 minute after ordering - tasted adequately/.Service was OK but restaurant-like. AVOID.
