Went there on a trip over to visit my sister in Port Orchard. Kinda funky location, but a great little stop overall. Had the sampler of all their beers and was really blown away! Great beers and a great selection.
2010-06. Visited late afternoon on a Tuesday last June, we stopped in for a few samples en route to our hostel. Surprisingly busy, I also enjoyed that it was right across the street from a store that had an e-bike for sale. Nice wooden cabin feeling, room for maybe 25 people if standing, we sampled 5 of their brews with the Hop Diggity IPA of particular note. No food served here but a great place to try their beer and soak up some local .
Great little roadside attraction in a magnetically quaint little seaside tourist attraction of a town. You can easily convince your wife/GF/date to spend a day or a weekend in PT. That’s one count for PTBC before you even get off the ground with it. It’s a fairly industrial setting, being as it is in corrugated warehouses used formerly for boatbuilding and repair, from the look of them. The tasting room is packed with locals and tourists though, got friendly service, tons of seating, and a great vibe. The beers can be pretty good or they can be just OK, but they have plenty of them on tap and that’s a fact. A great place to stop for beers when you’re in town, to-go or on premise, provided you eat elsewhere, They barely have bar snacks. I didn’t ask, but they might allow outside food.
2010-06. Missed it somehow on the way into the boatyard and got a tour of the place before finding it on the way out. Stupid GPS! Atmosphere is a bit spartan, basically just stools and tables. Good number of locals in for a drink as well as some obvious travelers like us. As many or as few samples as you like which was nice, we got fewer than I would have liked since I was driving at the time. Unfortunately it is just far enough out from downtown, combined with early closing times, that we didn’t make it back for a return visit as I had hoped. Bartender was quite friendly and helpful, offering a quick taste before I decided on the IPA. One of the locals cheerily chimed in, offering suggestions as I mulled over which samplers to order. Bottles and container fills available to go. Good selection of their brews on tap, most of which are decent or better. I would say it is a must stop if you are in town, I was pretty pleased.
Really lovely modern tasting just minutes from the Port Townsend ferry terminal. The building is situated in an industrial park right off the water. The tasting room features at least 10 house beers on tap, including three seasonals. Beer quality was above average, especially the seasonals. $1 for a 3 oz. pour of anything is a screamin’ deal, and the service was exceptionally friendly. Wonderful place to stop for beers.
A surprisingly small and understated brewery right on the way to the ferry. A good portion of locals, who will drag you into a conversation as well as tourists. Service was pleasant. Selection was a fair size with 1$ samples. No food, but people were brining in stuff from across the street. Price was good and beer was average. Perfect to waste time while waiting for the ferry.

Small-town charm is exactly what you get at this quaint little tasting room. Simple set-up of a small bar with additional tables and window seats. No ’table service’, simply grab what you’d like from the smiling lady behind the bar. Locals are unfailingly nice, colorful, and friendly. Their regular line-up is always on tap, and they spice it up with some specials/seasonals. No food menu, but they do offer peanuts and the like. Their core brews also come in bottles. Growlers available too. Solid little brewery that I gladly stop in to support whenever I am in town.
Visited here on vacation in August of 2003. Friendly little tasting room and beer garden attached to this small local brewery. Have about 5 or 6 on tap and according to their website they sell 22 oz bottles in the gift shop. Good local flavor in the tasting room and they never meet a stranger. Beer is above average and their are a few microwaveable type munchies and popcorn. Stop by if in the area - keep your eye out for it it is easy to miss - it is tucked away in an industrial area right when you come into town.
Sat at the bar and was given great service; and I loved the local feel. That being said, though the sampler gave you lots of beers to try for a very good price, overall the beers were decidedly medicore.
