Great surprise during our last trip in Stockholm. Impressive and massiv selection of belgian beer . Don’t miss their excellent swedish beers and have a look to "hall of fame" window (near the stairs) in which you can see some rarites. Ask the guy at the bar (the manager) to taste the "10 years Pressklubben" beers wich was brewed by Slaapmutske brewery .
Nice cozy belgo pub with very nice service and the few times Ive been here they have been very knowledgable. Specially this one guy, but I forgot his name. Strange what belgian beers can do to your memory. the selection is very nice but not extraordinary. Food was great the one time I had it. Fantastic mussles, best I’ve had in town.
Was doubtfull this was a place ’worthy to visit’ in my limited time in this amazing beercity. I am sure glad I did . beerlist is about 99 % Belgian ( the other 1 % is a lost other beer, or simply a collab and thus to be rated differently than Belgian ) bt the offering is amazin. i mean, working in an Antwerp bar myself, I wouldn’t take all the beers they have, but to be in Sweden, it’s really cool to have these! to sum some up - they have oude geuze, next to small breweries that are not ’rare’ but not easy to find- even localy- such as keukenbrouwers, smisje, de bie, ... ) next to ( a few) vintage’s ( i might have drank most though) of Brewery de regenboog ( you do not longer find this in Belgium) and others. The staff is really well-trained. The interior is very fancy, reminding of a star restaurant almost. I loved this WAY more than I expected I would.
The best beer place around the central station with lovely selection of belgian beers and staff that knows next to everything there is to know about their beers. A few taps and loads of bottles. Gets very crowded though as the bar area is very small. Delicious food.
