At first glance looks like a gazillion other inner city bars but there's a very good 19 tap list plus another 20 bottles in the fridge. About 2/3rd devoted to Spain. Small pours maybe 200ml about 3 euro and pints about 7 euro. The growler list at Kanabikana was stronger on my visit but this is top of the pops for proper on-premise drinking in SS. Very quiet at 5pm; service friendly.
Great smallish bar in a centric, nice part of San Sebastian. Service was very relaxed but attentive. Taps were a nice mix of locals and international stuff (mostly from Europe) with some very interesting stuff from UK and lambics from Belgium. A small cooler with some odballs in the form of cans and bottles (18th street, Toppling Goliath, etc...). Interesting
These reviews are underrated... After much searching and finding no "craft beer" bars in San Sebastian, I decided to give Pub Drop a try. It was fantastic and way more than I was looking for. They have 20 beers on tap that are rotated almost daily. International and local craft beers. Some from the UK, Belgium, USA, etc. Both IPA’s I tried were fantastic, I came back here over 5 times on my two day trip. By far and away the best beer, and the best beer bar in San Sebastian... Without a doubt! Maybe the best craft beer bar in all of spain, at least out of the 20 or so I’ve tried in Madrid Barcelona and San Sebastian. They have a beer for everyone
Excellent selection of import and local craft on tap (20 in total). Also decent selection of bottle/canned imports. Was happy to find a spot during our short stay where we could sit outside and chill in the shade. Prices a little on the high side but I've never minded paying for quality.
19 taps, with around half local craft. 2-3 of Belgian/German blondes and the rest interesting craft from the rest of the world. Pretty good bottle selection, including a dozen or so lambics. Service pretty good, atmosphere a bit basic. Though the beer would struggle to disappoint, so a really good place.
