Well, i have a mixed view on this place. Brewpub located adjacent to a large mall. Beer is invisible-taps are behind some wall behind the "bar". The beer is all pretty boring and some downright terrible (at least the tap offerings). Food is fairly tasty and the service was definitely above average. The bottled beers (DIPA and Saison) were world-class if you ask me. I really enjoyed those, so just stick to those and you will be good.

Visited in early December 2016. Located in the worst of all places...a large shopping mall. Quite spacious inside but smacks of chain restaurant way more than the downtown location, like an Applebee’s or something. Lots of tables but the bar was nearly empty so I just ponied up there (despite the primary view being the cooking staff). No taps were visible, but they have about as many draft options as downtown, and they had one bottled beer that the latter (and bottle shop) was out of, the tripel. Staff is similar to the downtown location; all business, and almost surly (which I can understand given both locations seem poorly understaffed). I can see myself returning to SLC someday, and Red Rock again for sure, but I would not return to this particular location.

Huge place. Good service, it was slow as hell. Basically the same taps and bottles as the downtown place. Feels sort of soulless and corporate. But nice overall.

Just opened a month ago. Big restaurant area with plenty of seating. The bar faces the kitchen and pizza ovens. The taps and drinks are hidden per Utah crazy laws. It was pretty noisy, I was there early afternoon on a Friday and the restaurant wasn’t even half full. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beer and food was good.
