Probably should have gone to Mimosa instead but I was freaking hungry and this place was right past the security checkpoint. Smallish place, typical RB decor. Had two bartenders, one friendly and helpful and the other exactly the opposite. Enchiladas were good. 5 RB beers on tap, Bud Light and some Boulder stuff. The seasonal Brown Ale was actually quite good. Airport prices.
Visited during a break between flights of course. Fairly busy place for a Monday afternoon. Only four Rock Bottom beers on tap. Did not ask about bottle selection. Food was decent. Guess we are all used to paying high prices at airports and this was no exception. Service was decent. Only tried the Kolsch, and it was decent.

An OK place that has been surpassed by better bars in the airport. The limited tap offerings only included two house beers. The rest of the lineup was rounded out by guests from the likes of Boulder etc. To be fair to Rock Bottom, the house beers werenít flashy, but they were well made. I had no problem finishing my pint of Red Ale. Prices were quite high. Including tip, my bill was over $10 for a single pint. Service was quite slow, even though I was sitting at the bar. Overall, MSP has some surprisingly good bars (Mimosa, Mill City), this isnít one of them. Iíd only recommend a visit here if youíre a frequent traveller to this airport and feel like mixing things up a bit.
Okay place for an airport. I usually stop by for one when I am here. The taps are all of their own brews so not much in the way of selection there but they also have a limited bottle selection. The food decent for an airport. The service can be hit or miss but it is worth a stop if you have time.
Not bad for an airport bar/ brewpub, but in absolute terms it leaves a bit to be desired. For one thing, the service/ server was a bit slow and uninterested - and it really wasnít that busy. They had five house beers available. Unfortunately they stopped doing flights (the server tells me) so I ended up trying two beers: the kolsch and the IPA. I thought the kolsch was decent but the IPA was somewhat mediocre. The prices are somewhat high given the beer quality ($6.99 per pint plus tax) but I guess pretty average for airport bars. I guess your options for beer are limited when youíre in the airport; this place is decent for a few ticks. If you have a lot of time in MSP, I would also highly recommend the bar Mimosa, which has a much better beer range than Rock Bottom.
4 Rock Bottom beers on tap, none of them dark. My waitress said I could get a flight of all 4, so I ordered one. She brought me 6 and couldnít tell me which was which. She said it was only her 2nd day. OK. She got another waitress. The 2nd waitress could tell from looking at them what they were. Except she said two were the same. I pointed that out, and she said one was something else. OK. Later, I asked the bartender where the Hazed & Infused came from, since it didnít say on the menu. He said from Rock Bottom. I looked at the tap handle, and it said Boulder Beer. He said Boulder Beer was owned by Rock Bottom. OK. I asked him if the Singletrack Copper was also from Rock Bottom. He said he hadnít given me that one, heíd given me a Mollyís. I asked him where that came from. He didnít know. He said it was only his 2nd day. Oh, and on my receipt my burger was listed as "well". I hadnít ordered it well.
This was right by my gate which makes it a bit of a no brainer. They try to get you right off the plane before you get to the food court where there are more choices. Actually, despite what anyone thinks about Rock Bottom beers itís probably the best youíll find in an airport. They have a couple of house taps and some macros. The server was friendly but busy since I was part of the wave of people just getting off a flight that stopped in for a drink. I stuck around long enough to have a drink and then head to the next terminal to catch my connecting flight.
Looking exactly as dull and uninteresting as every chain place, except this is even duller. Typical airport dumb down. Unfortunately only got to have one beer, but they had four of their own and a couple of others on tap. Slowmowing barman, but he didnít have much to do, so no problem for me. Worth a while if youíre by.
Nice ambiance, good service, and average price for an airport bar. Limited selection on tap, but another dozen bottles to choose from. Food was outstanding though... I liked it and would gladly stop in again.
