I stopped in here last week while on vacation with the family. Pub to the right as you walk in with maybe a dozen tables and some seats at the bar, the restaurant to the left where we sat had an equal number of tables. I think they had 15 beers on tap that night, most were average at best. The food was decent for pub grub. Our waitress was fairly attentive. Seemed a bit pricey in my mind for the quality, food and beer wise. There are better places in the area Iíd surely hit before going back here. YMMV.
One of our favorite beer places in upstate New York. Wonderful atmosphere that lacks any and all potential craft beer snobbery. Food menu is vast and, while not fine dining, is full of amazing comfort food at affordable prices. Their beers are great. They have wonderful "classics" like Vanilla Porter, Scotch Ale, and Highland Lager, while also routinely having special experimental beers. Service is sometimes lacking, mostly due to weekend crowds, but it is far from a deal breaker. Go in the summer and sit outside!
PS. If Blueberry and Vanilla Porter are both on, order a Black & Blue. Itís delightful. :)
Made this a stop on a road trip to New England on 7/1/13. Cool place with very friendly service. Didnít try any food, but sampled 8 beers. Mostly average to slightly above average, but the Pineapple Wheat and Vanilla Porter were very good. Either of those on its own made it worth the stop.

Great place for lunch, dinner or just stopping in for a drink. Could use a bigger bar area though. Only about 10 seats at bar inself and a few tall tables. About 12 taps going all the time of their beers. Recently had a great Imperial Stout. I always enjoy the Vanilla Porter and other Favs too.
went here for a quick beer before returning to me casa on a rainy saturday. Selection was all their beers on tap, about 8 on today plus a bunch of BMC bottles. Grabbed a scotch ale at the dimly lit bar. The beer was more than passable plus is was only $3. There was an odd smell to the place, but you could live with it. Did not eat but menu was standard pub fare. It looked good passing by when coming out of teh kitchen. Grabbed a growler to go... down right reasonable at $12 including the vessel and taxes. Will be back at some point.
Great fall back place to grab dinner when you go back and forth on trying to decide. Seems like you dont think of it right off bat but alway happy when you leave. Food is nice size for price always seems fresh and good. Service is friendly. Seems to have had same bartenders and waiters for awhile thats a plus. They give small maybe 2oz. sample of beers if you would like to try before ordering I find this to be nice mostly when going with new person. Over all a great place maybe a bit dark could use a few more tvs but for space worth checking out.
Place has the vibe of what Applebeeís would like if it was built in the late 70ís by Dirk Nowitzkiís mother. There seemed to be a disproportionate number of pregnant servers working there. (I hope, for their sake, it wasnít the same fella.) They had 9-10 beers on tap. I had a flight of four but their wasnít anything that really tickled my fancy. It wasnít the best cheeseburger Iíve ever had either.
A pleasant brewpub in the western outskirsts of Rochester, right in the countryside. Friendly service and knowledgeable staff, good cheap food, but beers are rather hit and miss. 6$ for 4X 4 on. sampler.
Good brewery. I have only found a few beers by them that I wasnít completely fond of. Best part about this place may be the food though. Beef on wik is amazing, service is good, and the atmosphere is nice. The bar at night is decent, but not a favorite of mine so I like to just go, have dinner, fill a growler and head out.
I had my 21st birthday dinner at Rohrbachís. The German food selection is phenomenal and filling- Iíve always gotten something different and to this date I havenít been dissapointed. They have a fully stocked bar with a handful of their brewed beers on tap. Samplers are the way to go (my favorite is their Bluebeary Wheat). I enjoy their beer because I know they take pride in their establishment. The only slight downfall is that they have only one TV in the place. #10 on 11102009 DG.
