Really nice pub in the village of Ham, and not far from the M5. Not surprised this place has won loads of CAMRA awards. The bar has two smaller rooms and a large room at the back with what looked like a bowl alley. Beer selection included there own beers on cask and keg, plus other local beers, and a decent cider selection. Food was really good, and simple. Very well worth a visit

CAMRA 2014 best pub in the UK, sited on the outskirts of Berkeley. Beer range covers five frequently changing real ales from the likes of Cotswold Spring, Bristol Beer Factory, Severn Vale and Newmans, plus up to 8 real ciders with the usual industrial keg stuff. Service was very friendly and the locals were welcoming. An excellent example of a successful community pub which deserves its title of CAMRA South West pub of the year 2010. UPDATE August 2013: landlord retired but his replacements have carried on the good work. Beer range is now a bit more adventurous - Arbor and Moor make an appearance, and more ciders are on offer. Still very good. September 2014: awarded South west region CAMRA pub of the year again.
