Concourse B, which isnít very busy. Theyíve switched to Quizno sandwiches for food now. I try to get by there if Iím grabbing a meal at the airport - not too far a walk from the C&D concourses, and itís much more calm. Several Schlafly beers on tap (usu. the Pale Ale, Wheat, Stout, and a Seasonal if I recall). Most of the wait staff has been very friendly, if not always that knowledgeable about beer. Definitely worth seeking out if youíre stuck at Lambert for a while.

(Visited 09/2007): Schlafly Tap Room in Lambert is located in the B concourse, but luckily you can get into the B gate with a C boarding pass (the 2 terminals are connected after security). The outside of the bar looks about the same as any other airport bar/restaurant. However on the inside there is a nice collection of Schlafly memorabilia. There are tables around the bar, which seats people on 3 sides. The beer selection is pretty good all things considered. They offer 5 Schlafly beers on tap (plus a couple others), one of which is a seasonal. They have a four-beer sampler on the menu as well. The food menu is pretty slim pickings.Typical pub grub, chicken fingers, sandwiches and the like. Service here is good. The bartender/server was doing a good job handling the patrons who were in a hurry while finding time to stay on top of things with the ones like me who had time to kill. Aside from a little confusion over what style of beer the Expedition Reserve was, she knew the product well. She definitely went above and beyond by squeezing out the last of their Oatmeal Stout into a sampler glass for me. Overall I will definitely spend any spare time at Lambert at this place. Brewpub representation at airports is pretty rare (Orlando, Columbus, St. Louis etc) but it is an oasis for travelling beer lovers.
