Nice location in U District in between College Inn and Big Time Brewing. Place is spelled without the C in the name, but I’m assuming there is something going on that I don’t know about. Nice place, with a full service bar. All ages welcome in the restaurant at all times. 11 beers on tap, evenly split between German lagers and ales, as well as some local-ish craft rotators, and including IPAs at all times. Additional 2 taps designated for ciders. Even had one wine on tap. Traditional German style glassware to pair with the beers. Didn’t try the food the menu looks good. A steady mix. Outdoor patio in back. A fun, unique stop in Seattle. Enjoyed my conversations and short stay here.

Seeing that I’ve never rated this one, I’m here to echo Prufrock. Often a decent taplist trending toward German, which is a nice change. Best outdoor patio beer spot in the U district, simply by virtue of being the only one. I’m not carnivorous enough to properly appreciate the food, but sure *looks* good. In my experience, the service ranges from alright to exceptionally slow.

UDistrict establishment. Food is tasty, comforting, and plentiful. Beer is German-centric, but with plenty of other nice gems that rotate through. Prices are decent. Good place to watch soccer matches. There’s also a small backdoor patio (overlooking an alley, sure, but if you wanna be outside you can).

A well-lit, medium sized bar/restaurant with several TV screens showing different sporting events. The service is always excellent and the staff is always attentive and friendly. They have nine beers on tap--usually half of them are German beers and the others are regional craft beers. They often serve the beer in a glass from the brewery. The happy hour--3-6pm weekdays and all day Sunday--is great for food as they offer several filling entrees for five dollars. The food is really great and the shoestring fries are exceptional. Great place to eat or drink.
