The brewery is one of two locations for Sly Fox, but the one (other being in Phoenixville) that does the bulk of the work now - brewing, canning, bottling, etc. A tour was available with little notice and the tour guide was knowledgeable and interesting. The restaurant was quite large with a number of different rooms with different purposes. When we were there there was even a christening and a little girl’s birthday party. I was trying to imagine what the invitations would look like. “Come to Jill’s 5th birthday party at the brewery?” The bar area was quite comfortable and the servers and bartenders were polite and attentive. I did not find them terribly well acquainted with the beers, however. Our bartender suggested Incubus was a quad (it’s a triple). The food was decent with good portions and reasonably priced to inexpensive. The menu had surprisingly wide variety of offerings, beyond just the typical pub fare. Based on my visit, I would recommend this place to you and will go back to test it again soon.
came here with my wife for a sampler and was given an impromptu tour just for asking which I thought was really nice. Food is good but average pub grub. Nice bit of swag for sale and really cheap growler fills on certain weeknights.

Good food. Great service. Decent beers on tap. Seems to always be something different on tap. Beer are good, but rarely exceptional. Family place for he most part but has a bar outside the eating area.
Went for dinner on a Friday night with my girlfriend. The beers were not memorable, and it didn’t seem like they had anything that wasn’t mainstream. Maybe it was the wrong night to go. The waitress didn’t seem to know anything about the beers.
The atmosphere inside was pretty dull (bright lights, nondescript). Kinda wished I had eaten outside.
The food was pretty good (for bar food). No complaints from either of us.
I must of went here when they were having a bad day. Went on Sat afternoon for lunch. No complaints about the beer or the service. but food was just ok nothing special by any means in my opinon. I had the cuban with onion rings and it was just ok I wound’t go back. Being it was a 40 min ride, i wasn’t impressed. there was only 5 or 6 beers to choose from.
Sampled 5 different ales and had lunch with my wife. Purchased two 750ml bottles to take home. The food was very good, large portions, and the service was outstanding. We got a kick out of how many people came in to have their growlers refilled. I highly recommend a visit and we are looking forward to going to their other brewpub in Phoenixville. Thanks to Ash (Ashley) for taking the time to explain all the different ales and lagers.
A real nice brewhouse. The food was good. Had apps which were very tasty. 1/2 price wings and steamers plus nachos. Nachos had cheeze wiz which was the only bummer. The entres were real good and not too high priced. The beer was good. Only drank Sly Fox brews but thats why I was there. Picked up a bottle to go which was cool. The service was good. I took the whole family and they all seemed to enjoy it.
I guess I can consider this my local brewpub. I’m a little closer to the Royersford location than the Phoenixville location. They basically bought what used to be a chain drugstore location in a strip mall and turned it into a restaraunt/brewery. The ambiance is slightly lacking (kind of going for the fox hunting feel). The food is always solid though and the beers are pretty much always very good. Service has always been solid, I’m a fan of the buffalo chicken sandwich. Oh they have a nice gameroom also. My son loves playing the Star Wars pinball.

Quite a difference from the Phoenixville location....the set-up seems a little fancier, more restaurant-like...Phoenixville has more of a hometown bar feel... Well a disappointment from start to finish....the only good thing was the beer and the game room....once we were seated at our sticky table the server took her time getting to us...it wasn’t extremely busy either...also seemed to be plenty of food runners around, so in theory, the waitress should have more time to attend to customers...not the case here....she came around once after our apps. were finished to ask how things were...and then left the empty plates sitting there....the food was not good...it was wild with salt!....one bite and I felt instantly dehydrated...I guess they think they will sell more beer that way?..no..all it did was make me not want to return here unless it is strictly for beer

Only had 2 IPAs at the bar. Nice large restaurant. The bar is long too. The beer here is decent, not that Iron Hill, beer for the masses, crap. (the bar and surrounding dining area is the smoking section and can get rather smokey)
saison vos was on tap but I had to drive. Will rerturn with a friend and do the restaurant later. This place is worth the trip. Picked up a 6er of Pikeland pils in cans to go.for $7.49. 11/24/07: The Calamari, steamer clams (although a bit small), and fish & chips were all very good. The pretzles were good, except for the cheeze whiz dip. 3 beers on the list we wanted weren’t available so they gave us 2 freebie pints of the rt.113 IPA. This place works for me.
