Stopped in here over the weekend while in town for the HF Festival.
Atmosphere is pretty laid back. Quality was quite good. I checked out quite a few bottles and for the most part they were all either fresh or intentionally aged. Service was awesome. Bob was super helpful and he is a great guy too boot. I would describe the beer selection as adequate. It isn’t the biggest in the area but it does have some nice bottles you don’t see every day, plus they get heady topper all the time. Liquor Quality / Selection was also awesome, they even had some local offerings which is always a plus. Prices were on par with all of the other places in the area.
Overall if you are staying in Stowe, or passing through for that matter, this is definitely a place to check out.
Solid selection of local beers with great selection of imports and other breweries from the midwest and from out west. Staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. Prices are fair but there is no deal to be had over here. Parking is ample.
Small store visited on a Wednesday just after the opening. Small selection with a few interesting beers. Heady was sold out though. Friendly welcome. Prices are good, some bottles were 15% cheaper than Craft Beer Cellar Waterbury. Decent place.
Cool place. beer and wine are on sale. The palce looks like an overly buzy bottle shop, crowded and disorganizied. The staff was knowledgeable about beer and friendly. The selection was very good: kiler NE locals, great geman and belgian beers, and other rare finds. Every beer I saw there was as much or less as the equivalent price in NYC. Decent place overall.
Only really went in to get some Heady Topper, which they had plenty of and it was fresh. On a Sunday. Lots of other nifty bottles laying around from Maine and imports. Really cool store with a beer guy at the front running it.
