A great selection! Easily the best beer store in Birmingham. Lots of strong Belgian ales, lambics and wit beers. Also a great selection of real ales. Service is friendly, and the location is convenient for all the top class balti houses in the area.
By far the best offie I have been to in terms of selection. Great import section. The only place in Brum with a good selection of Belgian and German beers.

Update. Recently doubled their beers. Owner and son are really friendly and always happy to have a chat. Worth the slight detour from the city centre.
English beers were a bit slacking, but a full Brewdog selection, Flying Dog and Goose Island and a a vast selection of Belgium and German. Winner.
Long-standing bottled beer shop with a very keen owner who over the past few years has striven to bring new beers to Birmingham - both English/Scottish ales, and those from US and Europe. Has always had a good selection of Belgians, but now also a large Brewdog range, US, and the forefront of the European craft scene - Mikkeller, To Ol, Nogne, etc. Good selection of spirits also including Japanese whiskeys. On the 45 and 47 bus route from centre of town.
Also sells locally-made beer bread (the ale used changes each week) on Thursdays.
Reseved some beers via Twitter and was welcomed into the shop by friendly owner Kris. He’s very knowledgeable and personable and this level of service makes you want to stay for longer. The sourdoug. Ciderbread on the counter smelt fantastic, wish I had space for some. Selection good for suburban shop but difficult to compete with larger competitor nearby in terms of space available. There are different beers at each though so please do visit both!I came away with a good selection of beers and a lighter wallet.
Wonderful little place that is well worth the trek to visit. Easily the best beer store in Birmingham with a great variety of Belgians and of course the UK’s finest. Extremely friendly service who showed a passion for beers and satisfying the customer - got a complimentary Brewdog glass for my purchase. Highly recommended a visit if you’re in the vicinity.
An oasis in the middle of a very barren desert! An excellent selection of hard-to-find, top rated American ales. A good range of Belgian/Dutch beers too. What is particularly interesting is the wide choice of locally brewed English ales, particularly those from Two Towers, Sadlers and Beowulf. Nice range of Brewdog’s too. The English beers are very reasonably priced. Yes, the American beers can be pricey, but that’s expected for 99 rated beers that have crossed the atlantic. I will return.
