14 taps with a guest list of nine beers at my stay, mostly from Finnish and Estonian breweries. Serve all kind of sizes. A medium sized British look-alike pub, dark lit, brick, teak and wood interiors. Central location close to the train station. Decent service. Good value compared with other places in town. Opens before noon with lunch options. Pop-rock from Stone Roses, Talking Heads and Morrissey among others, back ground music that made me stay for another beer. Happy surprise to meet Hannu from Jyväskylä here. (Visited 29.11.2017).
I have visited place more than once, but RB keeps deleting my place ratings. It’s a decent place with a decent selection. They serve you when you are trampolined. So good service.

Visited during RBESG ’17. Centrally located large bar and restaurant with a decent selection of ticks to be had. It’s not cheap but at least you can by 0.1cl glasses for tasting which makes things a bit more doable. Worth a quick stop off to grab the ticks but not really more than that.
Central location. Nearby are eg. Teerenpeli (new location), Pien bottle shop and Kitty’s. This quite convenient place to have a lunch and also to get some ticks. Burgers are their main food and they are quite good. Tap list has lots of Finnish micros and always something new for me. Chain feeling, especially in service. Easy for quick visit to check the taps. You will be nearby anyhow.
Located across the street from Teerenpeli in a pedestrian area of downtown Helsinki. Large pub/restaurant with a decent selection of beers on tap. 13 of the 14 was Finnish, excellent. I had their burger, patty was good and medium cooked as ordered, but their bun was crunchy like rusk. WiFi did not work. On the stereo they was playing REM, U2, Foo Fighters, EMF..., so all in all this was a good place, I was happy with the beer selection, and will for sure return next time.
Perfectly decent place in a pedestrianised zone near the main square. High-ceilinged and terraced. Incessant b....y music of course, though the staff need something to distract them from the peace that would otherwise descend I guess. No beers that push boundaries. Food is burgers, so ditto.
More gastropub than a restaurant, in the city center. They have sitting place on the pedestrian area and inside. Selection is ok, service is ok. Visit if you are around.

Ratebeer, stop losing my fucking place reviews. Not as wide a range as the other Oluthuone pubs, but always worth popping your head round the door in case there’s something special. Sometimes they have the monthly themed beers after other pubs have run out. Staff friendly, and good English spoken. Food is delicious.
Good and Friendly service. Food came quite quick although the fries were a bit small for 4 euros. Self made ketchup was thick puree with herbs. I think I still want to go back to the place and give a try to their hamburgers. Bartender knew how to describe the beer I asked her for so OK service.
A modern looking heavy metal burger bar in the centre of the city. Firstly the burgers are great and the service pretty good. The tap beer selection had some interesting beers but many average pub beers too. The wifi was solid but the heavy metal was off putting. They didn’t have a beer list either so I had no idea what they had in bottles. The place could be a lot better. It’s horribly expensive too. The burgers are good but 15+ Euros? It was also 9+ Euros for 0.4l of Scandinavian ale. The going rate here is 7+ for half a litre. I would not return on a cost basis which probably explains why the place was empty on a Thursday night, when other places close by were relatively full.
