Big, open taproom with plenty of bench seating. The bar is located in a corner keeping the seating area more open. There is a patio area as well and some game are available. Food trucks are also there quite frequently. Solid place that is worth visiting.

Very nice and large taproom with kind of limited hours. The seating is numerous and they have food trucks quite often. They have lots of outdoor seating and plenty of outdoor games. They have events just about every weekend as well. Their beer is top notch. They do nothing big and over the top but their beer is spot on. It is definitely a place I have never had a bad beer form.

Summit has been near the top of my want-to-visit breweries for a long time. Finally made it on a luckily sunny Saturday afternoon and was pleased all the way around. The staff in the tasting room and gift shop were equally friendly and down-to-earth. Summit’s lineup seems fairly steady, so I didn’t get to drink anything new. But their beers are always good to great, regular choices for the fridge when I can find them. It was fun to quaff a couple on the sunny patio. The on-scene food truck offered some tasty snacks as a nice addition. I’d be a regular visitor if I could. (Brewery #652)

Fantastic facility, great tour. The tour guide we had was knowledgeable and fun. The tour is "free" with the only charge being a canned food donation. They gave us 4 full-sized samples after the tour. I really don’t have anything to complain about!

Went on a tour here today. Good tour, with 3 free samples at the end (about 6-8 choices available on tap). Looks like they have the bar open with food trucks on Fridays/weekends. Would be fun to go for that! Worth a stop if you are looking for a good tour though. It’s free, and they just ask that you bring some canned food to donate.

Went here for the 1st time as part of my bachelor party. Quite odd that it took roughly 14 years to get here since I moved to the Twin Cities. Larger than I expected, although not sure why I thought it would be smaller given the ubiquitous nature of their brews in Twin Cities bars. The tour was interesting, kicking off with an old video in need of updating followed by a walk through the facilities. Free sampling was rather generous and included the new Summit Union Series Meridian Session Ale, which was a bonus. Worth a visit.

Fun place to visit with some solid beer options as well. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and can get in on a tour

Nice and informative tour of the brewery. I tend to ask lots of questions on these tours and the staff was pretty well informed. When they didn’t know an answer, they had no problem getting me an assistant brewer afterwards to answer my more detailed questions about their process. In all honesty Summit hasn’t really stuck out to me beer wise. They may not have the most extreme or creative beers in the area, but the beers they make are good clean examples of the styles the represent, and I think this tour helped me appreciate them more.

Went for a tour last week and had a relatively informative tour of the building, quite a few annoying women in the group that made the tour guide hard to hear at times. Ended with 4 free beers, which I made sure to get their awesome oatmeal stout.
