Lots of red and orange, very Mexican villa like. Large open indoors but a great wrap around outdoor area. Great and pleasant service, tried to save me money and allow ticks. Good happy hour to make the 3 beers easier. Although not great unto itself, close to red dot so worth a pop in.

Large place, difficult to define, the red walls remind me of Mexican cantina, a bit impersonal. Simple bit not offensive beers. I didn’t eat there. Service ok, a bit confused.

Short walk basically around the corner from RedDot, making it worth to stop by for some samples, though I wouldn’t go back if it was just by itself, being a fair bit away and not easy to get to if you don’t drive or cab it. Parking right outside.
Got three samples of their beers when asking, enough to rate them and decide which one you’d like to go for. Between 1 pm and 6 pm they offered buy one pint get one pint free, and you didn’t have to get the same one. Ate here, food was OK but not really exciting enough to go back for, neither were the beers really, fairly mediocre.
No WiFi available. Was a band rehearsing for my entire stay, and very loud as well.
Big indoors, smaller outdoors seating. Staff was mainly kidding around with each other, but wasn’t hard to get their attention when needed. No problems paying with a card. No problem getting help calling for a cab to move on out when done.
Didn’t realize the beers listed for this place is under Tawandang German Brewery in Bangkok, Thailand. Not sure if the beers are really imported from Thailand and the brewery only for show?

i loved the tawandang in BKK but the SG version pales in comparison. overpriced and lacklustre food, looking like a tourist rip off, and their own beer is also rather pricy. it is a decent brew and i dont mind having more, but having a pint here can easily get you 2 pints anywhere else in dempsey. wait for another group discount offer if you want to visit. service is decent and prompt..

We stayed just long enough to try the beers on offer. They were OK but it would be very expensive to have a session here.

It’s just a restaurant that happens to brew Tawandang brew. The beer tastes like kit/malt extract beer, albeit they were clean. We did not order food, it is very expensive and I don’t trust Thai food anywhere but the home country. The outside tables are nice but you are just facing a parking lot. Service was friendly.

This is a shoot-off of the brewpub in Bangkok. It is not as big although there is a stage for live music. They have the same beer line-up of lager, dunkel and weizen. The recipes seem the same as the beers in Bangkok. The weizen is drinkable and has a nice flavor but will not blow you away. The service here is very slow. They have food but I only stopped in for drinks.

This Thai based micro brewery is located just behind Red Dot brewhouse. A large venue with the three Tawandang beers available. The service was poor and staff seemed disinterested once I mentioned I wouldn’t be ordering any food. Having said that, I would give this place another go if I’m in the area.
