Nice little bar on the main street featuring a respectable taplist and quite good bottle list. Atmosphere is like the main, best Bishop Arms, with good service and similarly sky high prices. Worth a quick stop if nearby as they can have some interesting stuff on tap (they had a Narke on tap when we were here).
I have visited here few times during my trips to Stockholm as it opens at 12 on Sunday (not much competiton). Now during the last visit at 13 on Sunday it was almost full! Lots of people come here to eat, so food must be reasonable pub food. Nowadays plenty of taps and lots of rotating craft taps. I like this one although it is more or less "generic" Bishops Arms. Location is near T-Centralen.
I liked this Bishops Arms. Attentive service and more than 350 bottles, sorted by style in different fridges. I spotted many interesting bottles, especially porters and Imperial stouts. Could easily spent a whole evening with beer comrades here! Well, this time I only had time for one beer: Nynashamns The Bishops Arms Kellerbier. Arlanda next. (Visited September 24th 2017)
Located a few steps from The Central Station. As usual you know what you get when you enter a Bishop Arms chain. This one have a really nice beer selection. Probably the best one of these pubs in Stockholm.
Absolutely a good place to start with a beer when you enter Stockholm, and plan you beer walk.
Also ok food.
First Bishops arm’s I came to, so can’t compare those just yet. The place is very big, and modernly classic. English/US style interior, beers are mostly US , but other countries as well. The big, big issue here is that they don’t have a menu. it makes things way more complicated than they should be. To find out, you either have to walk around to the different taps, and stare to the fridges in the back of the bar. Or you simply ask the staff. The staff is very slow though, and clearly reccomended me a beer they wanted to get rid of. They don’t seem beerpassionate at all, and rather stare at their cellphone than help waiting customers. Prices are rather high, but Of course I can only talk about the 1 beer I had, as there is no publically visual pricing anywhere. you just have to guess, I guess. I did kinda like it though ( the selection / the interior ) I think this could be a very nice place with a better management.
Decent Bishops Arms located near the Stockholm Central Station. The selection of taps was good, but not as good as in some of the other BAs I have visited. There were quite a few empty taps, though. I didn’t look at the bottle menu. Service was okay. There are many better bars in Stockholm, but we were passing by, and it was raining cats and dogs, so it was a very convenient stop for me.
