Stopped in early Saturday afternoon, and it was quickly filling up, but I had no trouble grabbing a seat at the bar and ordering and receiving a flight of beer. Tremendous selection of exotics that I’m guessing are not available elsewhere. Some of the beer is frankly pretty "out there", but they’ree obviously well-crafted and fun to try. Friendly service, good prices on the drafts (bottles looked expensive), but I wish I had some food to soak up some of the high abv.

Joined the RS this year, so was excited to check out the tasting room. Place was packed on Saturday about an hour after they opened. Tons of beer on tap and tasters available (some were a bit pricey though). I still can’t believe all the stuff they had on tap.

THE place to be. Lots of wonderful beers available on tap and in bottles, but don’t go here if you’re an IPA guy and don’t drink anything else. The service was super-friendly, even got a beer for free, that wasn’t even available. We really had a blast here, would definitely like to go back.

Busy on a late Saturday afternoon and I can understand why. That selection of beers available on tap was amazing, with a Black Tuesday, Mocha Wednesday and So Happens Its Tuesday on the list. We found a place standing by a wooden barrel and enjoyed our beers. Nice but slightly loud atmosphere. Would like to visit again.

I’ve visited the The Bruery multiple times over the last 4+ years. The place continues to evolve but one thing that is always true is there is a ton of beer on tap from the common to the rare BA and sours they specialize in. Location is great as its around several food places and easy to get to and from in Orange County. Stayed at the hotels literally in walking distance on several occasions making it convenient to visit from out of town. You must stop by if in that part of Orange County as you can never go wrong the list of beers and friendly service. Cheers!

Visited on Sunday evening, 6/26/2016. Business was brisk. Good ambiance, good service. Fantastic beer. About 30 beers on tap. Flights of 5 beers offered - you order your flight by filling out a card that has all beers listed by ascending ABV. Individual flight pours ranged from $1.00-$3.50. Great stop.

Fun place to go. I’ve been their a couple of times and place is always packed. You just need to wait in line and pick out what you’re going to drink from the chalkboard. They always have a wide variety to choose from. On Sunday they had the football game on and a food truck that specializes in garlic topped food. Good times.

A cavernous industrial setting with high ceilings and a bunch of brew tanks. Also notable are the seemingly hundreds of wood barrels that are quietly aging the next exotic batches of Bruery beverage. The tasting area was small, but adequate for the crowd that was there. The four course tasting was $2 a person, a good bargain for what you get. The saison rue was wonderful, and the Black orchard intruguing. In addition, they let you purchase growlers and bottles of all their stuff, including Papier (1st anniversary release). I will be back.

Visited this brewery twice during my 3 week stay in the OC for work and had a blast both times. I had tried a few of their brews before in my local tasting group and was looking forward to sampling everything I could. The bartenders were pretty nice and even opened a couple of bottles up for me to try since those beers weren’t currently on tap. I ended up taking home a bottle of Tart of Darkness and their 3rd Anniversary brew to age. Very cool little tasting room in the middle of their brewery. Lots of barrels aging beer along the wall. For $8 you get five 2oz tasters and can take home the Bruery glass they’re served in. A must stop if you’re ever in Orange County.

My only visit thus far was during the 1st anniversary party, but the staff was very courteous and the selection was very impressive compared to most other brewery tap rooms. Lots of small batch, tap-only stuff available. I don’t know what to say about ambiance. It’s a warehouse-styled brewery, but the sampling bar area is somewhat cozy. Kinda makes me wish I lived closer.
