The newly opened Bruery Provisions is right off the traffic circle in Orange. It’s not just a "Bruery" store. They sell lots of different beers, have tasting flights both Bruery and non-Bruery beers and have cheeses & meats to sample.
I didn’t try any of the food, so I’m not rating it, but I liked their idea of tasting "flights", each flight having five beers with a small pour in a wine glass. They had flights of The Bruery’s year round beers, seasonal beers, barrel aged beers, along with flights of San Diego IPA’s (Alesmith, Stone, Port...), a flight of Orange County beers (Bootleggers, Taps, Cismontane, Tustin Brewing...)
When I’m in the area, I’ll stop by again.
