Nice place - great idea - we’ve needed a place like this in the Northeast for a while now. The only down side is the price (a bit high) but the cost of good beer is definitely up these days so it’s not necessarily their fault. Also, good selection - but it could be even better.
Ambiance - very clean store. Well organized and appealing.
Service - very friendly staff.
Selection - decent selection. Not full of rares, but great and only great choices.
Value - is in-line with normal pricing.
Solid selection. About 6 growler fills but a bit pricey. I think they have half price growlers on Monday or Tuesday. Overall pretty solid and a bit out of place for the area it seems. Not worth a trip from Philly but if you’re in the area it definitely is.
Pretty cool selection but prices are a bit high. Very friendly staff and a wide range of bottles available individually. I’m not super familiar with the standard selection in PA but it seemed like they stocked some bottles and brands less commonly found in the region. Certainly worth a stop if you’re in the area.
Visited June 20, 2013, in the morning. It was a long drive from where I was staying in Philly but it was the highest rated and well worth the drive. Very good selection, it was hard to choose, but some of the prices made it easier not to take them, like Allagash at 22 and 25 dollars for a 25 oz. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The place it self, at a strip mall is not that big, but they only sell single so. But it’s very clean and easy to get around, a lot of parking space.
Certainly the best beer selection in NE Philadelphia, and up there with the best selections in the city, period. Awesome staff. They fills growlers (1/2 price on Tuesdays!), and they have samplings on Friday evenings.

Best Selection in the area. Extremely helpful staff. Only drawback is prices are higher than most other places.

We visit the CBO every other time we are back in Philly. Located next to a Dunkin’ Donuts in a strip mall - it’s a great place with a solid selection - Lost Abbey, Pizza Boy, Old Forge, other local offerings, Founders, Bells - typical craft fare. Probably one of the best craft selections in Philly. They also do have taps and growler fills, but I’ve never done any and not sure how they price.
