Large, 2 level bar/restaurant in a nice spot of Bercy village, two minutes walk from the station. It was very busy when we visited on a Sunday lunchtime, with mainly locals. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. They brew their own beer which of course was the main reason for going there. Considering it’s part of a chain I doubt they really brew on the premises. They had 6 of their beers on tap: IPA, APA and oatmeal stout which were served beautifully at a chilled temperature appropriate to the temperature inside the bar. Prices were reasonable and the food was American diner - burgers, burritos, milkshakes etc. - quite large servings. There are tv screens showing sporting events and overall the place is worth a visit when you’re in the area.
Second visit, and apparently forgot to rate first time. Great service, the American style. And compared with last time they renewed the beer list, added some great APA and Black IPA. Good beers, decent food for lunch (do not expect French style food) Recommended for a quick drink and bite. OK prices.
Bercy Village is a nice little shopping center with some decent places to eat. Le Frog is not among the best Bercy has to offer. Entirely mediocre English style beers that would be forgettable if not for the steep price tag. I don’t try the food; the menu looked pricy but uninspired. But they have free wifi!
