place is filled with mid-30s suburbinites. I got more of a mens club vibe when I walked in than a pub vibe. I supposed its because this building it new and have never been smoked in or has seen years of drunk people messing it up. interior is small and the wait staff is very average. They donít have the ability to make fries here. what the hell? whatever its dark in here and there is beer. Iím a happy boy.
A Gingerman bar located in the Shops at Legacy right off of the Tollway. Different than the other in that it is in a shopping mall. Feels a bit more sterile than the other two Gingerman that I have been to. I guess it is newer. Bar tender was from the Fort Worth Gingerman. Food was the same as the others. Beer line up was comparable to the other ones and decent. A bit pricey. There are two beer engines for cask beers. Not a bad stop if you are in the area.
small shotgun bar in Shops on Legacy, not as funky as the others but a good take on an English pub, the best thing around nevertheless, usual assortment of good taps and bottles, good patio for an afternoon beer

Stopped in for a quick pint, Wednesday afternoon nice and quiet. Lighting is very dim and the selection was pretty decent for a bar in Plano. tx tuesdays, 3 dollar tx pints every tuesday.
This is definitely not my favorite Ginger Man. I went on a Friday night after visiting the Fort Worth and the Dallas location. This one is located in a shopping center, and has the feel of a shopping mall bar as well. Not as many people there as I would of thought but it is a few weeks old. I sat at the bar and was initially ignored by several of the wait staff until the manager asked if I had been helped, and when I said no one had spoken to me he promptly made fun of the girl behind the bar who was right in front of me with her back to me. Rightful guilt trip. I ordered a Harpoon Winter Warmer and they were out of it, regardless of the tap handle still on the wall. So I got a Hopus and a sandwich. It was served in a badass Tripel glass which I wanted to purchase but they wouldnít allow it. So instead the manager gave me a Franziskaner glass for free. That basically saved my trip. They have a lot to learn to live up to the Ginger Man name in my opinion.
