Parking is difficult on the street. Ambiance is cool indrustrial brewpub. Big L-shaped bar and several tables downstairs and barcode upstairs. Nice selection of house brews and locals. Pricing is very good, $4 a pint. No you cannot get a sampler flight, but you can get as many samples as you like it seems, $0.25 a sample is cheep. I had lamb burger and fries and was pretty good, but I would try something else next time.

A large brewpub in downtown Huntington. It has a college pub ambiance (located in a college town of course). Beers were ok. The stout and IPA were decent, the brown ale and blonde ale were below average. They have a couple guest taps as well. The food is good, though not exactly health conscious (their special is duck fat truffle fries). I got the hummus plate, which was quite tiny, and a grass fed burger, which was good. Overall, the beer is not much to write home about, but there's really not much in WV, so it's still worth a stop if you're driving by.

Visited on a Sunday around 12:30 PM. Parking is kind of tough, but there are meters around for street parking. The interior of the Peddler is pretty nice. They have turned it into a bit of a Barcade. All the video games are upstairs away from most eating areas. They carry the arcade theme throughout the building, though. It is a pretty nice renovation of an older building. The bar is an L shape with about 15 seats. Good selection of beer. On my visit they had 4 house beers and about ten others. Roughly half were other WV beers, the rest were good craft beers from the region. Their house beers were good, and I hope they try to fill more of their taps with their own beers, but if they don't I am confident they have enough beer knowledge to at least keep them filled with good stuff. My favorite part of my visit was admittedly the food. Duck Fat Truffle Fries and a Lamb burger. Both phenomenal. The food alone makes this place a destination in an otherwise less interesting city. Service was a bit slow, but eventually we got our stuff and it was all great. Only weird thing is that they do not allow flights. What they offer is a small sample of whatever you want for $.25 each. It ended up being about 1-2 ounces of each beer. That price is actually pretty good, and I think I prefer it over a 4-5 ounce pour. All things considered, this place is cool and worth visiting.
