Their selection of cask ales changes fairly often where as many of their taps remain the same over time. They have a small selection of mostly Belgian bottles. They have recently started having a few bottled sours which is a nice addition to the otherwise mostly trappist bottles. Friendly and knowledgeable service.
A fine English pub which stick to the traditions. A bit stubborn selection of english ales. A little bit of bottled belgian beers (westmalle and rochefort) and some german (aventinus). Some american and some danish beers (since we are in denmark and I am a mikkeller fan) could spice it up =) But this is the bar to visit in Aalborg.
Very nice place to try new beers, with relatively much beer knowledge

A great selection of what is mostly ales of Great Britain. A little belgian beer, but that is it other than the english ales. But they are great at what they do, but you might wish for some american inspired beer.
My favourite place in Aalborg!
Best draught and cask ale selection I’ve seen. Not just the usual selection you’ve find in every pub.
They also have the right glass and coaster for every pint.
The atmosphere is calm and welcoming!
If you have the chance GO THERE!
Best place for cask in Scandinavia? The bar has a whole wall with casks and a self invented lift system to handle it all. The selection in tap is only overrun by the additional selection in bottled beers.
