Typical total wine except they have a ton more liquor than I typically see. Service is structured towards wine. They had wine samples on a Friday night but not beer. They stuck the beer section in the back left of the store. Still this is this the best place to go here.
Visited early evening on a Monday. Nice new store, located in a new retail development close to downtown Fort Lauderdale and the airport. The beer selection was vast, and had a very impressive selection of singles. Pretty much any beer you would want was available as a single. Most of the selection was stored warm, though there were some coolers towards the back. Easily the best beer store I have found in the Fort Lauderdale to Coral Springs area. If they stored more of their beer cold and had a wider selection of regional craft, this place could be world class.
82 = ★★★½ (Solid place, near the top of the list for locals and visitors)
I only use the total score, not the component parts.
I stopped past here on my way to Funky Buddha. This is a Large chain liquor store with an extensive selection of beer. A great variety of styles and countries. They have a large section with seasonal/special release beers which is where you want to concentrate your efforts. I managed to pick up some interesting Avery, CCB, BA Old Ruffian and Berliner Weiss amongst other things. Value seemed pretty good to me. For a chain store this place is great. A worthy stop for anyone.
Visited here in early August ’15 while on a work trip. A bit less of a selection of beers than other Total Wines I have visited. Two complete aisles full of singles - perfect for a ticker like me. Another aisle is full of craft six-packs form all over the country and miscellaneous imports and a cooler full as well. Walk around - several seasonal special set up all over the store - not just in the beer section. Worth a visit if in the area. However, after consuming a majority of the 12 beers that I purchased here. just about every single one was skunked - even the local cans.. They need to rotate their stock or quit carrying so many different beers if they can;t move them off the shelf. Dropping my overall rating to 1 as that is the only factor that would seem to cover skunked beer,
This very clean and well laid-out liquor warehouse will please those looking for abundance. The beer section at the back is quite interesting for Florida, with the many bottles from Avery, Great Divide, Oskar Blues, Dogfish Head, Stoudt’s, Sierra Nevada (Bigfoot!), many quality Belgians (Gouden Caroluses, Rocheforts, etc.), Herold Czech lagers, etc. Prices are decent too for the region, but be sure to check those dates on the lower gravity bottles. Not a great beer store, but definitely more than you need to survive a week or three in the cultural no man’s land which is Southern Florida.

Mega liquor store with a ton of beers ALL available by the bottle. They will let you break any six pack in the place if you don’t find it in their singles selection. Price is good. Best place for beer in the bottle in S Florida by far.
Pretty large liquor store, beer not exactly the focus but does have something of a powerhouse lineup; I’m coming from two areas of abundant selection, and by comparison, this one still offers more than enough to merely survive on. Good singles and a lot of nice 22s and 750s, have Cigar City and stuff from farther-flung areas of the US - the PNW and its eastern neighbors, Hawaii, and a surprise, tons of Yuengling! Cheerful, almost too friendly staff. Solid, just doesn’t have the high-end European stock I need to see for the big score.
Set back from the road in newer shopping center, pretty typical Total wine selection with a few more local offerings, nice large singles or make your own six pack from their stock, staff was very helpful
