Large brewpub with nice restaurant/sports bar feel. Only 7 house beers on tap and 3 average guest beers. Food was decent bar food. Worth a stop but there are plenty of other options in OC I would go to first.
Lots of wood and brass. Kind of LOUD, both the music and the customers. Food is slightly better than average brewpub standard. They have a good selection of their own beers as well as a interesting and diverse guest tap selection.
Stopped by. Nice place. Crowded parking. Very solid beers across the board. Sat at the bar and did not try the food. 1 Cask, several taps and a knowledgeable bar tender. Guest taps needed work. Spoke with the very friendly brewmaster about homebrewing for a long time. Very nice guy, who makes some very good hoppy beers. Worth a stop if you are in the area.
Big open setting arrangement with all the
right things for a good beer. Brewery behind bar, check. Cute bartender, check. T.V.’s for the big game, check. Lot’s of good beer, check. Will definitely stop in when in the area.

Surprised this wasn’t in the places section yet. Very nice little brewpub in the corner of a little shopping and business strip center in Tustin. Had a very nice long bar with a good amount of taps, about 8 or so of their own including one on a beer engine, had another half dozen guest taps with some pretty good hoppy offerings. Plenty of TV’s around to watch watever sporting event you could want. Plenty of seating as well for bigger crowds. Bartenders were very nice and checked back often to keep you filled up. The DIPA was outstanding. Didn’t have anything to eat, so I can’t comment on that. Overall though, one of my favorite stops in Orange County
Good tacos and sandwiches, the pizza rocks and the beer selection keeps growing. The new brewer "Porter" yes that is his name, has done a great job of putting new creative house beers on tap. He always has a house cask on the board and often puts up funky small batch beers that keep you coming back to see what’s new. Guest beers are always on and change weekly. TBC is one of the few places in O.C. that has a real beer agenda.

Went here for the first time last nite. It has a sportsbar atmosphere: lots of TVs, a bit loud, but in a good way. It’s family friendly, and the food was good. The bad news is that the beers were mediocre at best. My wife and I split a sampler of their house brews: blonde, red, porter, rye, IIPA, hefe, none was anything special.
OC post SAF tour: A nice little brewpub located in what appears to be more of a middle class part of Orange County. There was not many people in there when we attended but it seems to be popular among the locals (big mug club and open for over 10 years). The beers ranged for subpar to very good. Love the name of the barleywine Blizzard of Oz...I would stop here again.
We were a large party so perhaps my service score is a little low. The ambience of this red brick bar is wonderful. Would be a great local hangout execpt the less than exciting beers. I had all five of the ones they had on tap (no porter their highest rated) and was amazed at how similar they all tasted. The food was your average pub fair. Tried the pizza and I think that is the way to go as my burger was as average as the beer.
