Big bar in the center, nice garden under the walls of the monastary. Touristly place with Urquell and Gambrinus dark on tap. Had a light lunch that was ok. Somewhat pricy, but that comes with the area.
Went there first and foremost to try the Pilsner Urquell. It was supposed to be very good here, but it wasn’t. We had a small Pilsner Urquell each in the backyard, but there had to be something wrong with it, strong metallic taste and not at all as delicious as it should be. Touristy and pricey, but also historical. Not recommended, but it could be that I will try again if I somehow finds myself in the neighbourhood...

Overpriced pub, tourist trap. There are much better pubs in Prague even in center.
One of the better pubs in the centre of Prague, a bit pricey and somewhat touristy in the summer, better in the winter. For historical value it is a must visit pub, and for the occasional pint of Urquell in town it is a good choice.
