Clean, understated neighborhood restaurant in an eclectic part of Denver with many other things within walking distance. The service could not have been friendlier, more knowledgeable or more attentive, an easy 10 there. They only serve Mountain Sun beers, but there is a good variety of styles. The 2 IPAs I had were good, on par with many other Denver breweries. The food is excellent, better than it needs to be. You could come here for just beer or just food and be satisfied either way. I had the steak sandwich nad my friend had the Gyro. Both were outstanding. Prices were fair; they only take cash or check but there is an ATM on site that only costs $1. They even have a "karma envelope" if you find yourself unable to pay for the meal; you take the self addressed envelope and mail them payment whenever you can. I highly highly recommend this place. It effectively sums up everything I like about downtown Denver.
Came by here late on a Sunday night as the website said they were closing at 1am but at quarter to 12 they were empty and locked up. Thankfully, some people headed out and I could get inside. I explained I was visiting from Japan and just wanted to try a few of their brews. Even though they were closing up, the staff kindly walked me through a bunch of their beers. Awesome service, thanks guys I really appreciated it!
I stopped in recently on a Tuesday night during Stout Month. The place was packed. I got six 6oz pours of all stouts and they were all quite good. The ambiance is nice and the service was just fine, cash only, though. Overall, this place is definitely worth checking out, I will probably be back soon.
Probably one of my favorite stops of the trip, but that could have been due to the circumstances. Stopped in on Friday night after hitting some other places around town. Crowded inside, but plenty of space to sit on the patio. Some people playing bags/cornhole outside as well. Lots of beers on tap (maybe 20?), most of which were at least decent. Service here was awesome and our primary waitress was incredibly friendly and she was also probably about an 8, so that helped too. Kind of out of the way from all the downtown spots, so it had a more laidback vibe. Really liked it here.
Stopped in for beer and dinner the day before the GABF. Long tap list of house brews. Tried the first 12 on the beer list. Most were light bodied and lacking in complexity. Food was decent as was the service. I don’t understand all the high ratings for this place. You can do much better than this for interesting beers in the Denver area.

Visited friday during the lunch hour. It was empty when I walked in at 11:30 and crowded an hour later later. Service was great; friendly and helpful. I understand some brews are brewed on site but most at Mountain Sun in Boulder. The food looked god but i did not eat. Uninteresting interior so sit on the sidewalk patio.
I visited at about 6:30 on a Monday and it was slammed to the gills. The staff works together well and it seemed like everyone was getting good service. On Monday they do a burger with fries and a pint for $9.97. Awesome deal considering how tasty the beer and the burger are. The inside of the building is colorful and welcoming with a good size wooden bar and plenty of dining room seating. There is a spacious patio outside as well. There was a wide selection of styles represented on my visit. I had a really awesome IPA and a tasty coffee porter.
This was a haul (walking) from the hotel but it was worth it. Sadly it’s the only place listed here in the immediate vicinity but they have something like 21 house beers on tap and they’ll do flights… It takes a while to go through them all and the samples are pretty big, as in 6 oz. They do a wide range of styles but I’d say at least half of them were either hoppy or some kind of amber ale. They also had a tripel, a saison, a couple of stouts, and two pumpkin beers on. The server was cool about my taking up 21 of his glasses, but then I didn’t really bother him, just asked for another glass of water every once in a while. The cup of soup that I had was pretty good and I wouldn’t mind eating here (which might be possible as we’re staying just down the street during GABF). The place can get pretty busy but even at 6pm I was able to find a seat at the bar.
