Really nice little place. Came with my folks for an afternoon around Thanksgiving timeframe. Had a nice lunch (pizzas are great) and then leisurely enjoyed some of their ciders and wines. Everything is available on site and they will open for you to drink in their big dining room/hall. Their Doc’s ciders are really enjoyable. This particular Saturday afternoon had some really nice folk/bluegrass live music and we sat there for several hours and it was really a terrific day. Was able to walk around the orchards for a bit afterwards. Would definitely go back.

Quite impressed with this place. I’ve been drinking the stuff from their Doc’s label for years, but in spite of being just a little more than an hour away, I had never managed to stop in here before. Came on a Saturday afternoon in mid-December and it was packed. You walk in through the store area which features a large amount of local cheeses, snacks, and other things. There’s a fridge full of their wines and ciders available to be consumed on site (same prices, and they’ll open anything you get there, didn’t enquire about bringing in outside beverages). There’s also a small bar featuring 4-5 of their cider and perries (though many are not rateable here, but that’s not really a big deal). Attached to this is a large open hall with a good amount of tables and a small stage. There was live music when I was here and almost all of the tables were filled. Connected to the hall on the other side is a cafe that has a rather nice selection of foods, sandwiches, pizzas, other tasty looking things. Wonderful atmosphere, if you’re passing through, worth a quick stop but not necessarily just for the cider.

Once you get over the fact that there is no beer available here, you will like it a lot. They do have plenty of hard cider, wine, and liqueurs, but they only sell their brand. It is a big and very popular place to hang out, with attractive surroundings and a good kitchen turning out interesting dishes. Their Doc’s Draft is one of the better ciders around, even if it is only available in a few varieties. There is live music on weekends. Located a few miles outside the town of Warwick in a rural area, and well worth a visit.
