Came a bit early, although the doors were opened they havenít start working yet so I had to come back later. Canít say they were too kind, either. So I came back later, early evening, just couple of other people in there, the place was quite empty, felt a bit cold. Industrial interior, I liked it. There is a terrace upstairs, looked pretty basic to me.
Was a bit confused by selection. During my visit 22 taps were on, mostly Italian micros, 1 Boon and 4 German beers I had no interest in (3 Maxlrainer). At least expected more Relevation Cats, only two were on. The Ratebeer says 73 taps, Iíve counted around 50 (I may have missed some of them). Not sure whatís the deal with taps not being used. Iíve asked about bottles and was pointed to 2 fridges containing vintages, around 30 of them. They were rather interesting, Mikkeller, Jolly Pumpkin, Hel & Verdoemenis, Old Viscosity, Struise, Lost Abbey nothing too rare, just old. Oh, and some lambics. Vintage lambics were mostly 3 Fontainen priced from 15 euro for 2009 Kriek (0,375) to 110 euro Oude Geuze (0,75) from 2002. Havenít seen prices for other beers (didnít want to bother the guy at the bar and ask for the price of each one), just lambics. Donít get the 420 bottles listed here, is it some kind of joke (considering the name)? Iíve looked around, was convinced I was missing something, but looks thatís it.
If youíre not willing to pay premium price for the vintages (and that selection is pretty limited) this is an average bar, donít see how is this one of the top bars in Rome let alone the world.

Located in a curious strip of what feels like American-oriented concept restaurants. Stylized, cold and uninviting industrial interior; a lot of shiny surfaces and neon. Burgers going out looked high quality. Deep lambic list. Taps were geared toward general American craft and some broadly available Italian and other European options. I chose a Pannepot from the self-service cooler, and left when it was finished. To me this is a quality beer bar that suffers for its lack of a sense of place.
Visited the 2nd May 2016 - Modern industrial style place in the Trastevere area. Huge beer selection with some nice breweries on tap, for a good value. Service is friendly and staff is professional. About the food itís only burger but the good point is you can organize it like you want and thatís a good point. Burger are really tasty. About atmosphere, I didnít like the style of the place really mechanical and industrial but itís a style... At the entrance you have a Gueuze friend with some treasure but I didnít check the price... Good place but maybe a little bit overrated... I donít understand that this place is on the top 10 of world class place in Ratebeer...
This is a state-of-the-art beer place with the best burgers in town. Cristoforo is a magnificient host and a very nice guy and his collection of vintages is among Romaís finest (2009 3F Geuze and 2009 De Molen Hel&Verdoemenis on tap on our last visit). Itís a bit out of the way but totally worth the extra effort.
