Brewery Õlleklubi

Pretty awful to be honest. Don't brew their own beers but pretend to be a brewpub. The beers they do offer aren't any good, the prices were too high and the service was average at best. Would not recommend.

Fake place.... For tickers. Had one of their house brews, the Velvet, a fairly yeasty lager. Fun decor, but don't waste your time unless you have to try it all. Beer flights available.

Sleek modern place in the center of town. Tried a sampler of five of "their" beers which were actually not bad but very overpriced, even for a tourist area. OK service. Didn’t try the food.

Nice beer selection and ok service. Did not eat, but food looked ok.

Well, in a tourist ghetto like this, what do you expect...? Their "own" beers apparently not brewed here. Tasted the pilsner and the "Dark" beer, a sweet caramelly ale. Didn’t order food, but what was brought from the kitchen looked good. The girls tending the bar and serving the food were doing a good job, but the "manager" had his own style... After my glass of the "Dark" was poured, there was not enough left in the keg to serve the next customer. But the "manager" guy told the customer to find a table and then (out of the customers’ sight) topped off the beer with Leffe Brune...

Ok place if you wanna have somekind of food and beer together at night.

Modern looking restaurant. Tried some of the bar snacks, were decent. TVs showing sports. Got a sampler of five of their own beers, but in reality rebranded latvian beers. Weren´t that disappointed since I came to get something quick to eat as appetiser, but not really a worthy beer destination.

Large room with two round bards and bar stools. Long tables with yellow leather tables. 5 taps with their own beers. Out of pilsener on my visit. Sampler of 5 x 20 cl. EUR 15.50. Electronic pop music. Football on 2 screens, Italian, no sound. Young staff, not unfriendly but he did not want to talk. International beers on bottles. No inteesting though. Did not have any food.

Nothing really wrong with this place. It is just NOT a brewpub. More a drink bar with a bit better beer selection than usual. All beers on tap are brewed in Latvia by other companies. If you look at the beers I have listed here. You will se what you get on tap. They have a decent Belgian bottle selection also. And quite decent food.
