70 Very patriotic selection of belgian beers. Plenty to pick from but no real diversity in styles. Kind of hard to stick to your guns as a belgian beer bar in today’s craftbeer scene. |
64 We came here on 2.3.2015. Very nice round bar. 8 beers on tap and very decent selection of Belgium bottle beers. They must be somehow related to the great Delirium Cafe in Brussels (same elefant), however not really comparable. The interior is ok (pictures of Belgium beer bars, breweries, etc.) but not very authentic. Food was mediocre, Service very friendly. Not a must visit while you are in Tokyo as you find so many better beer bars. |
92 Very nice Belgian Beer cafe. 3-2-6 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. 20 belgians on tap now. The store manager Yamazaki and his staff are very nice. |
78 Pretty much the same selection as at the other Delirium. Maybe a little bit less on tap. Bottles about the same, although they seemed to have a few more Mikkeller here. Prices are the same too. Once again, really nice staff. Very friendly and nice to chat too. In the afternoon here it is deserted, which was very nice. Would maybe be less appealing if it was crowded, but will rate it on how it was rather than how it might be. |
76 Came in for a couple beers. Had a nice, cozy atmosphere and was pretty good size. Friendly staff. I’m not sure how long this place has been open, but selection was small. Had a couple appitizers and they were tasty. Expensive...but most things are in this city. I would come again if in the area. Almost forgot...it was a bit smokey, but not overly so. |
86 Very nice Belgian Beer bar. Spent quite a while talking to the Vice Manager Takashi Arakawa and Kate, one of the waitresses, who spoke fluent english. 11 belgians on tap and 70 bottles. Trued the Beligian fries and they were good, crisp and hot. Many interesting items on the menu, such as Waterzooi, waffles, mussels in beer and even chicken gizzrds and liver confit (grilled in duck fat). No, I didn’t try that one.
They say it is very crowded during the week, but on a Saturday at lunch it was quiet. |
72 A somewhat yuppish Belgian beer bar that just a month after opening is insanely packed from 7:30pm on weekdays. Weekends are a bit quieter. Nice modern designed place. Best Belgian tap selection in Tokyo. Bottle selection is not bad and you can find some stuff that you can’t find at other Belgian beer bars, but certainly not up to Frigo/Belgo standards. Staff is friendly and they speak English. Food looked good, but never tried anything. There is a 315 yen table charge (for which you get nothing) if you sit at tables. If you sit at the bar or one of the high bar tables, then there is no charge. Connected with other Delirium Cafes around the world. Main purpose to go here should be to drink Belgian beers on tap. |
