Elliott Bay Public House & Brewery

Came here on 11.7.2017. Large restaurant with a small outside beer garden. Seems to be one branch of a larger commercial chain. The beers were ok. They have around 12 own beers and two guest beers both tapped from the hand pump. Really liked the food. Had a great Elch burger.

Huge place! We sat at the bar around opening and received great service! Beers were all pretty good along with some nice guest taps. Loved the giant pretzel meat and cheese board. Lots of parking in back. Worth a stop if you’re in the neighborhood.

One of the larger locations, this one is very busy and has lots of families. This is not a place for a quiet drink. Service was brisk but given the environment I am not surprised. Large selection with some guest taps and ciders. Beer is OK, nothing particularly special. I prefer the other locations, if I were going to go to one at all.

Large modern brewpub design, large bar and huge airy room with many tables and booths set in a few different sections. A few TVs on various sports channels around the room. Expansive tap list of house-brewed beers, which generally aren’t great, but a few special kegs and recipes do pop up it seems. A handful of cider and guest handles too. Huge food menu (and more expensive than I would have guessed), with the items not really resembling the description (don’t get me started), standard big-box low-standard American and ’fusion’ fare, made with indifference. Not a place I’d like to hang out, but it isn’t really any worse than other chain brewpub-restaurants.

Great place. I’m glad they opened in our neighborhood, and even more glad that it’s kid-friendly. Don’t be surprised to see a number of families in this large, packed, somewhat loud restaurant enjoying a beer and a delicious burger. One of my favorite places to dine at regularly with my family. The parking lot is often full, but street parking shouldn’t be hard to come by. It’s also located right across the street from the Beer Authority, which is convenient if you want to stop by a bottleshop on the way home.

Lovely place. Good beers, good food, good friends, who can ask for more.

Really nice place, plenty of beers brewed on site plus a couple of guest taps that sometimes includes offerings from from Chuckanut and Black Raven, but more recently has been skewed toward Elysian and Hales. Their own beers -- of which they have twenty or so on tap -- are all decent renderings of various styles, but nothing too far out of the box and nothing world-beating.

I like the atmosphere and family-friendliness, and there’s always something interesting on tap. The green chile (veggie) burger is insanely good. Service loses a point for delivering me a turkey burger instead of a veggie burger and then comping me my cheapest beer (but not the sandwich).

It’s like a cross of Pike Brewing with Elysian Sodo, but less touristy, so they can charge you less. Distinctive brews, delicious food, comfortable boothes. A flight of 5 beers beer in april 2012 was about 7 bucks. Highly recomended!

This place gets packed. Maybe you’ll find parking. Maybe you’ll have to hoof it a little. The ceilings are triple height; there’s plenty of air. The dining room is huge; at least 125 seats scattered through four cordoned sections. There are a bunch of booths along the big windows in front, and a big bar with plenty of stools and highboys. The bar sits under a gigantic chalkboard listing a couple dozen house and guest taps. The host station just kinda blends in with all the other woodwork (attractively constructed of light blond wood). The kids working are super nice and right on point, though. Same goes for the whole staff, really. Just what a brewpub should be. The drawback of all that pretty blond wood? It’s fairly noisy in here. There are ~5 big flat screens tuned to the game. The beers range from OK to pretty good to sometimes really great. The food is solid pub grub. A huge list of burgers, sandwiches, and salads, with a few other entrees and apps mixed in.

Opened up yesterday from what they tell me. Nice buildout, bigger than I was thinking it would be, just would had liked to see a bit more space dedicated to the brewery...but Bill knows how to work in a small space. Solid draft list, didn’t count how many, but in the 20 range with house and some guests and 2 cask. Had an appetizer and it was good as previous experiences with EB food. Happy to see this on my daily drive home and will be stopping in again.
